(NaturalNews) One of the most extraordinary documents in human history -- the Bill of Rights -- has come to an end under President Barack Obama. Derived from sacred principles of natural law, the Bill of Rights has come to a sudden and catastrophic end with the President's signing of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), a law that grants the U.S. military the "legal" right to conduct secret kidnappings of U.S. citizens, followed by indefinite detention, interrogation, torture and even murder. It seems appropriate, of course, since no intelligent American could accept the tyranny of this bill if they were sober.

This is the law that will cement Obama's legacy in the history books as the traitor who nullified the Bill of Rights and paved America's pathway down a road of tyranny that will make Nazi Germany's war crimes look like child's play. If Bush had signed a law like this, liberals would have been screaming "impeachment!"

I received this letter from Ron Paul from an attorney who sends out regular, very informative list serve on email. Her name is Connie Fogal and she was a key member of the Canadian Action Party in the context in which I knew her.

I agree with these people regarding the symptoms of what we face, but like Alex Jones, Paul Craig Roberts, Bob Chapman, Dr. Stan Monteith, Alan Watt (The Canadian- www.cuttingthroughthematrix.ca), and the rest of the Patriot movement, they ignore the basic problem at its core.

The sum of human experience consists of space, time, good and evil. Our left brains are concerned with space and time, this is the domain of science and mathematics. The right brain deals with good and evil, this is the domain of art, literature, music and humour, the subjects that deal with the nature of good and evil. No philosopher breaks down human experience in the way that Immanual Kant does and this material is explained, not in these words, but fully and completely, in an oblique way, in his Critique Of Pure Reason- at least that's what I get from it.

As art, literature, music and humour are destroyed, as we no longer apply reason to the nature of good and evil, we defer to power, making it absolute. Absolute power corrupts the human experience in the context of consciousness itself, it destroys consciousness of what is good and evil. The fundamental tenet of Marxism is that consciousness never existed before society, but consciousness he must surely mean the knowledge of good and evil. As we no longer apply reason to the problems of good and evil, but defer to authority in these matters, society, as we know it gets destroyed.

There are nihilists and anti-nihilists, ones that are in favour of the destruction of society and ones that are not. The nihilists believe that human experience has become sterile, we no longer have great stories to tell. Life is dull and boring. I believe this is true, we will become weak in the long run, eventually becoming creatures that eat potatoe chips and sit around watching TV - figuratively speaking. I am an anti nihilist, not because I disagree with these ideas but because of the fact that these changes that need to occur are being brought about by children who will only destroy themselves in the end as well as the rest of us.

The only solution is for us to learn to apply reason to the nature of good and evil, to recognize that sending soldiers overseas to kill people they have never met based on the threat of terrorism, such as we pretend to see in the 9/11 attacks is pure insanity at a most basic level. Anyone with any brains, or any guts, can see 9/11 was an inside job. Most people defer to authority and do not protest paying for the wars. Wars are patriotic, wars are good - wars give us culture. Really it is not wars that give us culture, it is our knowledge of good and evil that give us art music, literature and humour.

The solution is to begin to learn the meaning of our words. This was John Lockes famous hypothesis, that conflict occurs primarily through misunderstanding (modern life gave us the psychopath, making this sometimes impossible) but if we began by learning the difference between a lawyer and an attorney, the necessity of continuing this learning would become apparent.

We would soon no longer be burdened with a debt that in reality does not exist. It is a maxim of law that debtors have no rights. Law is the child of reason, not authority. WE displace law with the legal system. Law preserves the natural right of man, the legal system preserves the natural right of kings by making us acknowledge a phoney debt as real, thus giving up our rights.

Our money isn't really debt money, as we are lead to believe - its not even money. It contains no intrinsic value, has no promise backing it. The only thing that makes it worth anything is our willingness to work for it. Therefore there is no national debt. This debt exists in in the imagination of attorneys and totalitarian government idealogues and tyrants. We have not given up our natural right because of the debt unless we choose to defer to authority rather than reason.

There is nothing new about the rights being claimed by the president below, they are the rights of a debt holder over a debtor. We will be destroyed by a police state because we no longer apply reason to the problem of good and evil, but defer to authority.

Immanual Kant, in his essay called "What Is Enlightenment" explains the nature of freedom and the necessity of having the courage to (in his words translated from German), "have the courage to use your own reason". Unlike most of Kant's writings "What Is Enlightenment" is very easy to read and understand.

Little by little, in the name of fighting terrorism, our Bill of Rights is being repealed. The 4th amendment has been rendered toothless by the PATRIOT Act. No more can we truly feel secure in our persons, houses, papers, and effects when now there is an exception that fits nearly any excuse for our government to search and seize our property. Of course, the vast majority of Americans may say “I’m not a terrorist, so I have no reason to worry.” However, innocent people are wrongly accused all the time. The Bill of Rights is there precisely because the founders wanted to set a very high bar for the government to overcome in order to deprive an individual of life or liberty. To lower that bar is to endanger everyone. When the bar is low enough to include political enemies, our descent into totalitarianism is virtually assured.
The PATRIOT Act, as bad is its violation of the 4th Amendment, was just one step down the slippery slope. The recently passed National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) continues that slip toward tyranny and in fact accelerates it significantly. The main section of concern, Section 1021 of the NDAA Conference Report, does to the 5th Amendment what the PATRIOT Act does to the 4th. The 5th Amendment is about much more than the right to remain silent in the face of government questioning. It contains very basic and very critical stipulations about due process of law. The government cannot imprison a person for no reason and with no evidence presented or access to legal counsel.
The dangers in the NDAA are its alarmingly vague, undefined criteria for who can be indefinitely detained by the US government without trial. It is now no longer limited to members of al Qaeda or the Taliban, but anyone accused of “substantially supporting” such groups or “associated forces.” How closely associated? And what constitutes “substantial” support? What if it was discovered that someone who committed a terrorist act was once involved with a charity? Or supported a political candidate? Are all donors of that charity or supporters of that candidate now suspect, and subject to indefinite detainment? Is that charity now an associated force?
Additionally, this legislation codifies in law for the first time authority to detain Americans that has to this point only been claimed by President Obama. According to subsection (e) of section 1021, “[n]othing in this section shall be construed to affect existing law or authorities relating to the detention of United States citizens, lawful resident aliens of the United States, or any other persons who are captured or arrested in the United States.” This means the president’s widely expanded view of his own authority to detain Americans indefinitely even on American soil is for the first time in this legislation codified in law. That should chill all of us to our cores.
The Bill of Rights has no exemptions for “really bad people” or terrorists or even non-citizens. It is a key check on government power against any person. That is not a weakness in our legal system; it is the very strength of our legal system. The NDAA attempts to justify abridging the bill of rights on the theory that rights are suspended in a time of war, and the entire Unites States is a battlefield in the War on Terror. This is a very dangerous development indeed. Beware.

I applaud Brigett DePapes efforts at stopping the war agenda, but I wonder if it will lead to opportunities for her within the green agenda. I wonder what her real agenda is, given the general nature of the green agenda.

When school teachers were paid a realistic salary and we didn't have central control over education and piles of money being sent to trustees and boards, people graduated school able to think, add, form sentences, and contribute to growth and prosperity for the people in their countries. Now that the reds have had control over education for such a long time, - gradually since 1913 and more so since the country went into receivership in 1933, people graduate as morons and believe in the divine right of kings rather than the divine right of man - they don't even realize this.

Reason & Natural Right

Today, in my daily Kantian study session my mind began to wander and consider the relationship between natural right and reason (I'm still studying the Critique of Pure Reason and will be for the forseeable future). I began to think of the Enlightenment, where man began to use reason to break the shackles of authoritarian control.

So I wondered, what would Kant say about the Enlightenment and read his essay called "An Answer To The Question: What Is Enlightenment ?", here is the first few paragraphs of this great essay - see how it parallels the freedom movement of today while written in 1784, the Sage of Königsberg had this to say:

An Answer To The Question: What Is Enlightenment ?

Enlightenment in mans emergence from his self incurred immaturity. Immaturity is the inability to use ones own understanding without the guidance of another. This immaturity is self incurred if its cause is not the lack of understanding, but the lack of resolution and courage to use it without guidance of another. The motto of enlightenment is therefore Sapere aude ! [Dare to be wise !] Have courage to use your own understanding !

Laziness and cowardice are the reasons why such a large proportion of men, even when nature has long emancipated them from alien guidance (naturaliter maiorennes [Those who have come of age by virtue of nature]) nevertheless gladly remain immature for life. Having first infatuated their domestic animals, and carefully prevented the docile creatures from daring to take a single step without the leading strings to which they are tied, they next show them the danger which threatens them if they walk unaided. Now this danger is not in fact so very great, for they would certainly learn to walk after a few falls. But an example of this kind is intimidating, and usually frightens them off from further attempts.

Thus it is difficult for each separate individual to work his way out of the immaturity which has become almost second nature to him. He has even grown fond of it and is really incapable for the time being of using his own understanding, because he was never allowed to make an attempt. Dogmas and formulas, those mechanical instruments for rational use (or rather misuse) of his natural endowments, are the ball and chain of his permanent immaturity. And if anyone did throw them off, he would still be uncertain about jumping over even the narrowest of trenches, for he would be unaccustomed to free movement of this kind. Thus, only a few, by cultivating their own minds, have succeeded in freeing themselves from immaturity and in continuing boldly on their way.

Yeah, I'm depressed too. After dealing with the Law Society Of Upper Canada and trying to report crimes committed in full public view by a lawyer and having my witness advised by his lawyer to stay out of it left me in a state of awareness as to how thoroughly rotten and corrupt our society really is. This awareness has lead me down a path of further awareness over the past nine years that would drive anyone to depression or else a puzzle factory where they can be experimented on by psychiatrists and turn themselves over to the meat grinder indefinitely.

The battle between materialists and "idealists" has been won by the materialists and the evolutionists and Eugenie Scott has whipped up the very forces of corruption, the forces of sophistry, licentiousness and intimidation, our courts, to defend her un-scientifically defendable theories on evolution[1]. Now these corrupt lawyers and politicians have become illusionary in that they believe they are gods, when really they are just dumb monkeys for those truly in control.

As Marcus Aurelius and many others have said, materialism is for the commoners. The people in political "power" are so obsessed with their aesthetic lives and their illusions of power that they are willing to flush all of humanity down a big paper toilet rather than allow the wealthiest of people to be exposed to the competition that ordinary people might provide.

So who thinks Bob will go to a psychiatrist and get some meds ? I don't, I wouldn't either, but any professional would advise you or me to.So much for professionals.

Thanks to Bob Rae and others just like him (those who attourn our natural right over to banksters), depression will likely grow - along with wars (to export our brand of paper corruption based on fear and hate) , pestilence (statutes, acts, licenses) and disease (vaccines, fluoridated water, GMO foods) because our owners want things to be this way.

And I'm ashamed to be a member of this species- this is fundamentally why I'm depressed. A squirrel does a better job of preserving its natural right than most of humanity, who can simply be fed with a big screen TV. And that is depressing.

1. Government (Senators; Congressmen; Governors, etc. in the loop) have promoted budget reports to the public and budget reports primarily show where tax income is taken and then applied. Also a budget report is designed around a one year projection. With government doing this they have created the impression they survive off of tax income. And yes the state treasurer and legislators know this more or less based on their degree of involvement with the investment funds and enterprise operations.

2. The true accounting is the CAFR (Comprehensive Annual Financial Report). The CAFR shows gross income for the whole picture. Tax; investment; and enterprise. Additionally it is not showing "for the year" but the end result of decades of growth. When a CAFR is completely digested in many cases a local government is bringing in more each year from investment income then tax income. Keep in mind what taxation is, it is a revenue source just as investment and enterprise income is also.

3. There has been an organized blackout by government; the syndicated media; education and both political parties over the last 65 years NOT to mention the CAFR and to only mention the selectively created budget reports due to the money and power behind the wealth shown in the CAFRs. Substantial wealth that has allowed for the systematic takeover by investment of the banks; insurance companies; fortune 500 companies, ect., done a little bit by little bit each year over decades to where collective government has more ownership and wealth generation than Russia ever dreamed about in the 30's and 40's. Keep in mind the reason you have a void in your comprehension per this issue over your lifetime is due to the maintained blackout orchestrated due to the money involved. You were not meant to know. If the public knew this was going on they would have stopped it 50 years ago. But being that the orchestration was so effective collective government HAS taken it all over by investment and the blackout continues.

4. What I bring forward per the TRF (Tax Retirement Funds) is that just in like as a government pension fund pays a salary and benefits at retirement TRF funds can be established to pay (replacement revenue source for taxation) any local government's expenses and thus taxation can be phased out and eliminated.This will not be easy being that the collective power base established by government acting as a "corporate" fine tuned watch at this time through their takeover of it all over the last century makes the Roman empire look like kids selling lemonade on the street corner in comparison. Also being run by attorneys doting the "I's" and crossing the "T's" to walk with massive cash now and at the same time locking in the productivity value of the next seven generations as the public is masterfully entertained in La -La land for distraction value designed to maintain the void in comprehension for the public not to have a cognitive thought as to the basics I brought forward above and done so again DUE TO THE MONEY AND CONTROL INVOLVED.

It doesn’t take a bureaucrat long to create an empire. John Pistole, the FBI agent who took over the Transportation Security Administration on July 1 told USA Today 16 days later that protecting trains and subways from terrorist attacks will be as high a priority for him as air travel.

It is difficult to imagine New Yorkers being porno-screened and sexually groped on crowed subway platforms or showing up an hour or two in advance for clearance for a 15 minute subway ride, but once bureaucrats get the bit in their teeth they take absurdity to its logical conclusion. Buses will be next, although it is even more difficult to imagine open air bus stops turned into security zones with screeners and gropers inspecting passengers before they board.

Will taxi passengers be next? In those Muslim lands whose citizens the US government has been slaughtering for years, favorite weapons for retaliating against the Americans are car and truck bombs. How long before Pistole announces that the TSA Gestapo is setting up roadblocks on city streets, highways and interstates to check cars for bombs? That 15 minute trip to the grocery store then becomes an all day affair.

Indeed, it has already begun. Last September agents from Homeland Security, TSA, and the US Department of Transportation, assisted by the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, conducted a counter-terrorism operation on busy Interstate 20 just west of Atlanta, Georgia. Designated VIPER (Visible Inter-mobile Prevention and Response), the operation required all trucks to stop to be screened for bombs. Federal agents used dogs, screening devices, and a large drive-through bomb detection machine. Imagine what the delays did to delivery schedules and truckers’ bottom lines.

There are also news reports of federal trucks equipped with backscatter X-ray devices that secretly scan cars and pedestrians.

With such expensive counter-terrorism activities, both in terms of the hard-pressed taxpayers’ money and civil liberties, one would think that bombs were going off all over America. But, of course, they aren’t. There has not been a successful terrorist act since 9/11, and thousands of independent experts doubt the government’s explanation of that event.

Subsequent domestic terrorist events have turned out to be FBI sting operations in which FBI agents organize not-so-bright disaffected members of society and lead them into displaying interest in participating in a terrorist act. Once the FBI agent, pretending to be a terrorist, succeeds in prompting all the right words to be said and captured on his hidden recorder, the “terrorists” are arrested and the “plot” exposed.

The very fact that the FBI has to orchestrate fake terrorism proves the absence of real terrorists.

If Americans were more thoughtful and less gullible, they might wonder why all the emphasis on transportation when there are so many soft targets. Shopping centers, for example. If there were enough terrorists in America to justify the existence of Homeland Security, bombs would be going off round the clock in shopping malls in every state. The effect would be far more terrifying than blowing up an airliner.

Indeed, if terrorists want to attack air travelers, they never need to board an airplane.

All they need to do is to join the throngs of passengers waiting to go through the TSA scanners and set off their bombs. The TSA has conveniently assembled the targets.

The final proof that there are no terrorists is that not a single neoconservative or government official responsible for the Bush regime’s invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan and the Obama regime’s slaughters of Pakistanis, Yemenis, and Somalians has been assassinated. None of these Americans who are responsible for lies, deceptions, and invasions that have destroyed the lives of countless numbers of Muslims have any security protection. If Muslims were capable of pulling off 9/11, they are certainly capable of assassinating Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Perle, Feith, Libby, Condi Rice, Kristol, Bolton, Goldberg, and scores of others during the same hour of the same day.

I am not advocating that terrorists assassinate anyone. I am just making the point that if the US was as overrun with terrorists as empire-building bureaucrats pretend, we would definitely be experiencing dramatic terrorist acts. The argument is not believable that a government that was incapable of preventing 9/11 is so all-knowing that it can prevent assassination of unprotected neocons and shopping malls from being bombed.

If Al Qaeda was anything like the organization that the US government claims, it would not be focused on trivial targets such as passenger airliners. The organization, if it exists, would be focused on its real enemies. Try to imagine the propaganda value of terrorists wiping out the neoconservatives in one fell swoop, followed by an announcement that every member of the federal government down to the lowest GS, every member of the House and Senate, and every governor was next in line to be bumped off.

This would be real terrorism instead of the make-belief stuff associated with shoe bombs that don’t work, underwear bombs that independent experts say could not work, and bottled water and shampoo bombs that experts say cannot possibly be put together in airliner lavatories.

Think about it. Would a terror organization capable of outwitting all 16 US intelligence agencies, all intelligence agencies of US allies including Israel’s Mossad, the National Security Council, NORAD, air traffic control, the Pentagon, and airport security four times in one hour put its unrivaled prestige at risk with improbable shoe bombs, shampoo bombs, and underwear bombs?

After success in destroying the World Trade Center and blowing up part of the Pentagon, it is an extraordinary comedown to go after a mere airliner. Would a person who gains fame by knocking out the world heavyweight boxing champion make himself a laughing stock by taking lunch money from school boys?

TSA is a far greater threat to Americans than are terrorists. Pistole has given the finger to US senators and representatives, state legislators, and the traveling public who have expressed their views that virtual strip searches and sexual molestation are too high a price to pay for “security.” Indeed, the TSA with its Gestapo attitude and methods, is succeeding in making Americans more terrified of the TSA than they are of terrorists.

Make up your own mind. What terrifies you the most. Terrorists, who in all likelihood you will never encounter in your lifetime, or the TSA that you will encounter every time you fly and soon, according to Pistole, every time you take a train, a subway, or drive in a car or truck?

Before making up your mind, consider this report from antiwar.com on November 19: “TSA officials say that anyone refusing both the full body scanners and the enhanced pat down procedures will be taken into custody. Once there the detainees will not only be barred from flying, but will be held indefinitely as suspected terrorists . . . One sheriff’s office said they were already preparing to handle a large number of detainees and plan to treat them as terror suspects.”

Who is cowing Americans into submission, terrorists or the TSA Gestapo?

The American Bar is an offshoot from London Lawyers' Guild and was established by people with treasonous goals in mind. They have accomplished 98% of their goals. VI.    The AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION TRAITORS IN OUR MIDST:
         The founding Fathers who wrote our Constitution and formed our government, made it very clear that this was to be a FREE ENTERPRISE country and all Citizens are to be equal under Law and not a private capitalistic monopoly or cartel as they had experienced in Europe.
        Under free enterprise system, any Citizen who was willing to risk his time and finances, can go into business. The public with the freedom of choice, can patronize this business or decide they don't like the service or product and stay away; whereas, in a private or a capitalistic system, only the privileged elite can go into certain businesses or professions such as had been practiced in Europe for ages, making the public their CAPTIVE CUSTOMERS.
        The EUROPEAN BANKERS and FINANCIAL CARTELS decided to change AMERICA to the same system that they had so they could take over this government too, and sent some British lawyers over here to organize an American Bar Association on the same order as the English Bar where only Lords can be Judges and determine who shall practice law.
        In 1909 they incorporated this TRAITOROUS group in the state of Illinois and had the State Legislature (which was under the control of lawyers) pass an unconstitutional law that only members of this powerful union of lawyers, called the ABA, could practice law and hold all the key positions in law enforcement and the making of laws. At that time, Illinois became an outlaw state and for all practical purposes, they seceded from the United States of America.
VII.    The BAR ASSOCIATION then sent organizers to all the other states and explained to the lawyers there how much more profitable and secure it would be for them, as lawyers, to join this union and be protected by its bylaws and cannons. They issued to the lawyers in each state a charter from the Illinois organization. California joined in 1927 and a few reluctant states and their lawyers waited until the 1930's to join when the treasonous act became DE FACTO and the Citizen's became captives. Under this system, the lawyers could guarantee prejudged decisions for the privileged class against the lower class. This was all made possible by the AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION to favor the right and have unlawfully substituted them in place of Constitutional Laws.
        What is the real difference between the dreaded "Klansman" in white robes and fiery crosses and the ABA "Klansmen" in the BLACK ROBES sitting on the bench? Aren't they as dictatorial as the KGB and the GESTAPO are accused of being? This has fulfilled Orwell's prediction for 1984 and made it a fact, THE BLACK ROBE CULT.
        Various groups that have been lawfully stoned walled by the ABA and the courts suggest we join hands and file an initiative to abolish the Bar Association as there are 17 states where Citizens have the Right to do this by the voting process. If we can do this it will destroy, the power of the Bar in America with similar method they used to gain their power, state by state. Any Citizens who live in one of these 17 states, can do this, and if not in one of these states you can contribute to other states that can.
        Who is going to run the Courts and practice law if we outlaw the BAR? The CONSTITUTIONAL COMMON LAW COURTS and COMMON LAW non-Union COUNSELORS. I would like to remind you that the Constitution was written in plain English and the Statutes passed by Congress were also in plain English, with the intent of Congress how each law should be used and not the opinions of various Judges as the codes list.
        Any normal person can read the Constitution and Statutes and understand them without any trouble. The public in California was shocked to learn that the State Government has no control or jurisdiction over the Bar Association or its members. The state does not accredit the law schools or hold Bar examinations.
        They do not issue state licenses to LAWYERS. The Bar Association accredits all the law schools, holds their private examinations and selects the students they will accept in their organization and issues them so-called license but keeps the fees for themselves.
        The Bar is the only one that can punish or disbar a Lawyer. They also select the lawyers that they consider qualified for Judgeships and various other offices in the State.
        Only the Bar Association or their designated committees can remove any of these lawyers from public office. The State Legislature will not change this system as they are also a designated committee of the Bar.
        On August 21, 1984, Rose Bird, Chief Justice of the California State Supreme Court, another of the Bar Associations Judicial Committee's, stated in essence that the Bar should determine the legality of all initiatives before they were allowed to go on the ballot. This is contrary to both State and Federal Constitutions, as well as the Laws of this Nation instituted By and For the People as a Sovereign UNITY of Independent States of We The People, not a fraudulent Corporate entity of Lawyers.
        This is a tremendous amount of power for a PRIVATE union that is incorporated and headquartered in Illinois to hold over the Citizens of California or any other state.
        The only recourse is through this initiative process and vote by the people. After the Founding Fathers had formed the Constitution, outlining the laws as to the way our government was to be run, Thomas Jefferson said, in essence, "This proves that plain people, if given the chance, can enact laws and run a government as well as or better than royalty and the blue bloods of Europe."
        The American people must stop thinking that lawyers are better than they are and can do a better job than they can before the courts of America. Under the Common Law and the Laws of America, no where is it expressly given for anyone to have the power or the right to form a Corporation.
        Corporations are given birth because of ignorance on the part of the American people and are operating under implied consent and power which they have usurped and otherwise stolen from the people. By RIGHT AND LAW THEY HAVE NO POWER, AUTHORITY OR JURISDICTION, and must be put out of business by the good Citizens of America in their fight for FREEDOM.
        We cannot hope to reclaim our Country if we continue to let that beast stay in our bed and in our homes. It is imperative that we remove this demon from its throne and put OUR CONSTITUTIONAL COMMON LAW COURTS and JUSTICE SYSTEM, back into effect. We must stop worrying about what someone else will think, this is our country and we have foreign entities attempting to take control of us and our Nation.
        These children of Satan have nothing good in store for any of us, and those who are ignorant enough to believe their lies, deceit, and conspiracy, deserve just what they receive because they ask for it.
IX.    MOST LAWYERS are OUR ENEMY:
         The small handful that are good must get on the right side and help us win our war, or they are not on our side. There can be no more sitting on the fence, people must decide which side they are on and fight.
        Lawyers that claim to be on our side and are later found out to be traitors, must be put to death as this is just what they have planned for all Americans, who do not abide by their rules and regulations. Americans cannot win the war if they allow traitors to infiltrate our tanks and get away with it. The enemy Americans are fighting is a deadly enemy, that care nothing for anyone out of their own ranks, and if you turn your back on them, you could be their next victim.
X.    "TREASON"
        LAWYER AND LAWYER-JUDGE COURTS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL:
        Since the BIGGEST CRIMES in the world are committed in the courtrooms by lawyers and lawyer-judges AGAINST the people, as the lawyers and their bar associations, which are affiliated with each other INTERNATIONALLY, have joined in the INTERNATIONAL CONSPIRACY AGAINST THE PEOPLE of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA to DESTROY THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA FROM WITHIN (TREASON).
        They have already taken over the courts and the government, and ALL political parties, where they all take orders from ONE FRONT OFFICE, the offices of the internationally affiliated bar associations, make a ONE PARTY "SYSTEM," the BAR ASSOCIATION PARTY.
        This necessitated and URGENT need to form a 2nd political party, the ANTI LAWYER PARTY, where all lawyers and those who attended law school are barred from this 2nd party (ALP).. All the states have unconstitutional aristocratic courts, as their constitutions and/or unconstitutional "lawyer systems" require judges to be lawyers, creating a RULING CLASS, which is FORBIDDEN by Article IV, Section 4, of the U.S. Constitution, the 13th Amendment and Article I, Section 26 of the Texas Constitution.
XI.    The U.S. Constitution GUARANTEES to every state in this union a REPUBLICAN FORM of government. Any other form of government is FORBIDDEN. No public officer or branch of government can be limited to a RULING CLASS of any kind, or the states become ARISTOCRACIES and NOT republics. Also, the lawyers have made themselves 1st Class Citizens, where many public offices and branches of government are open to lawyers only.
        All other people are limited to only two branches of government and to only certain offices in those two branches of government, making all people who are non-lawyers into 2nd class subject citizens.
        When the courts belong to the people, as the United States Constitution REQUIRES, (Article IV, Section 4, we the people, will NEVER rule against themselves.
        In these Unconstitutional courts foreign tribunals (hoodlum centers), "men" in black dresses, that are Unconstitutional ROBES OF NOBILITY. (Article 1, Section 9 and 10) with a lot of hanky panky and hocus pocus, dispense a perverted IDIOTology, where the people are terrorized by members of the BLACK ROBE CULT (lawyers and lawyer judges in the courtrooms.
        The legislative branch of government does NOT have the Constitutional Power to issue Court Orders or any other kind of Orders.
        ONLY presidents and governors have the Constitutional Power to grant PARDONS, but lawyers and lawyer-judges are unconstitutionally granting PARDONS with "immunity from prosecution."
        Citizens are not permitted to act like people in the courts. The Citizen (2nd class) is told that he does not know how to fill out fancy lawyer forms; that he is not trained in the law; that he does not know court rules and procedures; etc.
        This is Unconstitutional "lawyer system," only HEARSAY SUBSTITUTES (lawyers) NOT under oath, have access to the courts, even though ONLY sworn testimony and evidence can be presented in court. Anything else is Bill of Attainder, NOT permitted under the U.S. Constitution (Article 1, Sections 9 and 10).
        The U.S. Constitution does NOT give anyone the right to a lawyer or the right to counsel, or the right to any other HEARSAY SUBSTITUTE. The 6th Amendment is very SPECIFIC, that the accused ONLY has the right to the ASSISTANCE of counsel and this ASSISTANCE of counsel CAN BE ANYONE THE ACCUSED CHOOSES WITHOUT LIMITATION.
XII.    LAWYERS and LAWYER-JUDGES:
         Created Unconstitutional "lawyer system" pre-trial "motions" and "Hearings" to have eternal EXTORTIONISTIC litigations, which is BARRATRY and also is in violation of the U.S. Constitution, and Article 1, Section 14 of the Texas Constitution as this places defendants in DOUBLE JEOPARDY a hundred times over. Defendants only have a right to A TRIAL, NOT TRIALS.
        When a criminal is freed on a TECHNICALITY, HE IS FREED BECAUSE OF A FIX and a PAY-OFF, as a defendant can only be freed if found innocent BY A JURY NOT BY ANY "TECHNICALITY."
        Whenever a lawyer is involved in a case directly or indirectly, as a litigant or assisting in counsel, ALL LAWYER-JUDGES HAVE TO DISQUALIFY THEMSELVES, AS THERE CANNOT BE A CONSTITUTIONAL TRIAL and also there would be a violation of the conflict of interest laws, along with the violation of separation of powers and checks and balances, because "OFFICERS" OF THE COURT ARE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE BENCH.
        These same LAWYER-JUDGES are awarding or approving LAWYER FEES, directly and indirectly, amounting to BILLIONS OF DOLLARS annually, all in violation of conflict of interest laws.
Since crime and treason are against the law, and the lawyer profession is a crooked profession, a LEGAL BOUNTY should be placed on ALL LAWYERS (betrayers) and all those who are aiding and abetting these TRAITORS, the lawyers.
As long as there are lawyers, there will never be any law, constitution or justice. There will only be MOB RULE, RULE BY A MOB OF LAWYERS (TRAITORS).
IXV.    CASE "LAW" IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL:
        As CASE "LAW" IS ENACTED BY THE JUDICIAL BRANCH OF GOVERNMENT.
        When a lawyer-judge instructs, directs, or gives orders to a jury, the lawyer-judge is TAMPERING WITH THE JURY. He also tampers with testimony when he orders the answers to be either "yes" or "No." The lawyer --judge also tampers, fixes, and rigs the trial when he orders anything stricken from the record, or when he "rules" certain evidence and the truth to be inadmissable. This makes the trial and transcript FIXED and RIGGED, because the jury does not hear the REAL TRUTH and ALL THE FACTS. Juries are made into puppets by the lawyers and lawyer-judges.
        All lawyers are automatically in the judicial branch of government, as they have the Unconstitutional TITLE OF NOBILITY (Article 1, Section 9 and 10), "Officer of the court."
        Citizens have to be elected or hired to be in any branch of government but non-lawyer Citizens are limited to only 2 of the 3 branches of government. The Critique Of Pure Reason by Immanuel Kant (review)

I didn't like math much when I went through high school, but when I learned calculus, I was fascinated. Calculus is a guided, safe and relatively easy journey to the very limits of human reason and understanding. It is almost magical but also completely intuitive after given the requisite amount of consideration. I have always thought of myself as a word smith rather than a real intellectual, but I have to credit the increase in my overall consciousness to Kant for those aforementioned words. James Stewart, the author of my first calculus textbook says that calculus is "the most powerful weapon of thought ever developed by mankind". IMO, "The Critique Of Pure Reason" is as awe inspiring, perhaps almost as "transcendental" as the fundamental theorem of calculus.

I have read a number of books on philosophy, about ten of them are on the Wiki list of the most important books ever written. Some of these books, such as J.S. Mills "On Liberty" are very easy to read and lead the new reader of philosophy to a greater understanding. Others such as Aristotle's "Nicomachean Ethics" are books that once you read them you are left with the feeling that everyone should read them and that they should be taught in high schools.

Leo Strauss' "History and Natural Right" is not on the aforementioned list but is both eloquent and enjoyable, even if you dis-agree with Strauss' thesis, you have to appreciate the flow of the words and the thorough and complete reasoning contained in this book. Having not yet read Hobbs, and being unclear about the second chapter I still enjoyed this book very much.

I found Aristotle's "The Politic" drier than a glass of sand in the middle of a desert. I had to get into a little self mutilation in the form of biting my lip until it bled or occasionally pinching myself to stay awake and continue reading that mammoth, but it was worth the effort in the end. Its amazing what he knew that applies to what we see today in politics. He offers us conspiracy theorists an arsenal of information regarding the nature of rule by man.

Nietzsche, to me, was very difficult- incomprehensible at times and with no clear thesis. To me it sounded like Nietzsche hung around coffee shops and jotted down what he overheard from others- nothing to see here IMO. Plato's Republic was also much more difficult than Kant's book. I would say The Republic is the most difficult book I have ever read but very well worth the effort. (one can be fooled into thinking Platos' Republic is easy by not really reading into it). I find Kant to be very clear and full of explanation.

Besides calculus, perhaps even slightly more so, in terms of pure value for the mind is Kant's book. During the time I spent reading this book I had thought about blogging on various little bits of it, but then decided that I couldn't quote it directly without leaving a confused reader. I am not smart enough to accurately summarize what this book has to say- it needs all of its pages. Its not about Kantian ethics, but concludes with a reasoned justification for the Kantian view of the world.

I found the book as easy to read and as enjoyable to read as any of the others listed above, with the possible exception of Strauss. Strauss is a great thinker and a great writer, Kant says more but is not so enjoyable to read as Strauss. Kant's book is much deeper than these other ones.

This is a book that questions the very notion of reason as a thought process when applied to cosmological questions. Although it acknowledges that reason is the highest form of thought, in particular "pure reason" which requires no empirical information, it informs us of reason's weakness and how it is so often claimed to be applied by philosophers in what can really only be described as sophism. Kant exposes what I have termed as the "Gods Of Reason".

This book is listed as one of the ten most difficult books to read of all time, right up there with Joyce's "Finnigans Wake", Hegels "Phenomenology Of Spirit", Sartre's "Being and Nothingness" and Hiedeggers "Being & Time". These books are books I have always considered to be over my head. Joyces book never interested me but one day I hope to read the others.

This is a heavy read, the full 650 pages are required, but it is written in little sections of 20 or so pages. I found my brain to be overheating a bit if I tried to read more than one section at a sitting. This was due to the ideas of Kant, not so much due to my difficulty in understanding his words. I also found a dictionary of philosophy to be a necessary co-companion to the book because Kant introduces a lot of new terms.

A book like Critique Of Pure Reason requires careful study, a single read through is just a small taste of the big picture of Kant's view. The material is incredibly important and overall addresses the very concept of freewill. Without freewill, any kind of morality is irrelevant. This issue takes the reader on a journey to consider the nature of consciousness and sensory perception, using only reason without experience. This is the very core and root and purpose of philosophy and nothing I have ever read comes close to this in penetrating the real issues that form the foundations of ethics.

I read the Smith Kemp version of The Critique Of Pure Reason, I listened to the newer versions from MP3's on the web which are said to be as good as the Smith Kemp translation in terms of accuracy but my problem with those is that they use more complex words than what the 1923 Smith Kemp version does.
It will be a long time before I fully appreciate, and may never completely understand, what is contained in this first of three critiques written by Immanuel Kant.

Finally, the book has no prerequisites, with the possible exception of Hume and Liebniz (note that in calculus the symbology used to give the common man intuitive understanding of this branch of math is termed "Liebniz notation"). Kants thoughts on Hume and Humes beliefs seem to be well explained.

Burning The Koran: Subtle Propaganda

The latest uproar regarding burning the Koran on 9/11 is nothing more than a subtle propaganda technique used to make people forget that 9/11 was an inside job. There can be no doubt about this, given that the total destruction of building 7 (Solomon Brothers Building) was announced on the controlled news networks approximately 20 minutes before it supposedly "succumbed to fires". This prior knowledge proves that 9/11 was an inside job over and above all of the common sense that can be applied to how the buildings collapsed. Common sense tells us that a straight line is the shortest distance between tow points and that a building does not collapse straight down in an organized fashion through its path of greatest resistance.

Those people that require expert confirmation just lack common sense. This is the opinion of many of the experts I have spoken to in person after asking them about this.

More importantly, as we argue about the Koran burning, we temporarily forget that 9/11 was an inside job and that burning the Koran has nothing whatsoever to do with 9/11. An injection of truth reminding us of the cause of the building collapses will be inoculation against this technique.

The best book on techniques of propaganda that I have ever heard of is the one by Jacques Ellul called "Propaganda: The Shaping of Men's Attitudes". This technique and its counter technique of truth is well explained in this book. It is a far more exhaustive treatment of the subject than the one by Bernays, which is really only introductory and very basic.

All the states have unconstitutional aristocratic courts, as their constitutions and/or unconstitutional "lawyer systems" require judges to be lawyers, creating a RULING CLASS, which is FORBIDDEN by Art. IV, Sec. 4, of the U.S. Constitution, "The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a REPUBLICAN FORM of government," any other form of government is FORBIDDEN. No public office or branch of government can be limited to a RULING CLASS of any kind, or the states become ARISTOCRACIES and NOT republics. Also, the lawyers have made ONLY themselves 1 st class citizens, where all public offices and all three branches of government are open to lawyers only. All other people are limited to only 2 branches of government and to only certain offices in those 2 branches of government, BECAUSE ALL PEOPLE WHO ARE NON-LAWYERS HAVE BEEN UNCONSTITUTIONALLY DEGRADED, BY THE LAWYERS, TO THE STATUS OF 2ND CLASS CITIZENS.

When the courts belong to the people, as the U. S. Constitution REQUIRES (Art. IV, Sec. 4), we, the people, will NEVER EVER rule against ourselves.

In these unconstitutional courts (hoodlum centers), "men" in black dresses, wearing unconstitutional ROBES OF NOBILITY (Art. 1, Secs. 9 and 16), with a lot of hanky-panky and hocus-pocus, dispense a perverted IDIOTology where the people are terrorized by terrorists (lawyers and lawyer-judges) in the courts.

The judicial branch of government does NOT have the constitutional power to issue court orders or any other kind of orders.

ONLY presidents and governors have the constitutional power to grant PARDONS, but lawyers and lawyer-judges are unconstitutionally granting PARDONS with "immunity from prosecution. "

Citizens are not permitted to act like people in the courts. The citizen (2nd class) is told that he does not know how to fill outfancy lawyer forms; that he is not trained in the law: that he does not know court rules and procedures: etc. This is unconstitutional (1 st Amend.), as it denies the citizen access to the courts, which are supposed to belong to the people. Instead, all "our" courts are owned by lawyers (traitors) internationally.

In court, lawyers cue the lawyer-judges with certain words and phrases, directing and signaling the type of fix to take place. The most extreme inhuman punishment is inflicted on a victim when a lawyer " signals" the lawyer-judge that the victim has extreme disrespect for the legal profession and the judiciary, or that the victim will not "cooperate.' ' All cases are fixed with these and other cues and signals, which have nothing to do with the law or the U. S. Constitution.

Under this unconstitutional "lawyer system," only HEARSAY SUBSTITUTES (lawyers), NOT under oath, have access to the courts, even though ONLY sworn testimony and evidence can be presented in court., anything else is a Bill of Attainder, NOT permitted under the U. S. Constitution (Art. 1, Secs. 9 & 10).

The U. S. Constitution does NOT give anyone the right to a lawyer, or the right to counsel, or the right to any other HEARSAY SUBSTITUTE. The 6th Amendment is very SPECIFIC, that the accused ONLY has the right to the ASSISTANCE of counsel and this ASSISTANCE of counsel can be anyone the accused chooses WITHOUT limitation. NEITHER THE %,,)RD LAWYER NOR THE ATTORNEY APPEAR ANYWHERE IN THE U. S. CONSTITUTION.

Lawyers and lawyer-judges created unconstitutional "lawyer system" pre-trial *'Motions" and "Hearings" to have eternal EXTORTIONISTIC litigation, which is BARRATRY and is also in violation of the U.S. Constitution, as this places defendants in DOUBLE JEOPARDY a hundred times over. Defendants only have a right to A TRIAL, NOT TRIALS. The multitude of pre-trials are actually pre-trials for the pre-trials and pre-trials for the pre-pre-trials, benefiting the lawyers only. Since crime and treason is against the law, and the lawyer profession is a crooked profession, a LEGAL BOUNTY should be placed on ALL LAWYERS (betrayers) and all those who are aiding and abetting these traitors. the lawyers.

When a lawyer-judge instructs, directs, or gives orders to a jury, the lawyer-judge is TAMPERING WITH THE JURY. He also tampers with testimony, when he orders the answers to be either "yes" or "no". The lawyer-judge also tampers, fixes. and rigs the trial when he orders anything stricken from the record, or when he "rules" certain evidence and the truth to be inadmissible. No one can be sentenced to prison unless convicted of a crime BY A JURY (THE PEOPLE). ONLY the people (THE JURY) have the POWER to decide the guilt or innocence of the accused as Art. III, Sec. 2, Cl. 3, of the U.S. Constitution states, "THE TRIAL OF ALL CRIMES, except in cases of impeachment, SHALL BE BY JURY." Since this is a CONSTITUTIONAL REQUIREMENT, a trial by jury cannot be "waived," as ONLY A JURY, under the U.S. Constitution, HAS THE POWER TO DECIDE THE GUILT OR INNOCENCE OF THE ACCUSED.,

The 6th Amendment REAFFIRMS the CONSTITUTIONAL REQUIREMENT OF A TRIAL BY JURY ONLY, "In ALL criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial JURY of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed."

In a REPUBLIC, NOTHING is above the 'PEOPLE and the PEOPLE make the decisions. NOT A RULING CLASS. That is why a jury's verdict cannot be reversed by any government official, such as a lawyer-judge or anyone else. If a lawyer-judge or lawyer-judges can reverse a jury's verdict, then, that would place them above the people, making "our" government an ARISTOCRACY and NOT a REPUBLIC. The gold standard will not save us. The system espoused by Ron Paul and the rest of the gold bugs will be identical to the system we now have. We still have a natural right because our money is made out of paper. When the money becomes real, we will have no viable natural right defense in the courts- as we do now - or at least the few of us that read do.

Our natural right, the philosophy which the America was created by has dis-appeared, but it still exists in practice because the money is fake. When the money becomes real, our natural right will dis-appear. The philosophy of the forefathers of America will be gone - "ancient history". When America loses her freedoms the restof the countries will follow. Only America carries the torch of natural right.

The Law Merchant is the most important concept that describes our society the way it truly operates and attourneys and money are really the same system. If we switch to a gold standard and keep our attourneys we will be lead into an iron yoke of slavery. The banksters will still lend the country money, they will control any kind of gold mining. All of the gold will be lent into existance.

The attourneys will be empowered to attourn yours and my own wealth over to the banksters just as they do now, but we will be forced to enter the BAR in court cases and be re-presented by attourneys (as slaves to the crown bankers).

What people do not understand and desperately need to understand is that attourneys rule this planet. The same BAR association members are the attourneys, judges and politicians in every "westernized" country. They make the rules, they interpret them. This short commentary regards the three minute video posted here, it is also posted below.

The speaker of this video asks the congressman a very simple question, which requires a simple factual answer. Can the government do anything it wants ? The congressman answered that this is usually true - the government can do almost anything it wants. The woman cries out as if the congressman was giving a value judgement on her statement regarding the constitution when in fact, the congressman gave an honest answer to a straightforward question.

When Patriots learn to use their critical thinking rather than emotions in thinking about these issues, we will win. Crying about facts only makes us look stupid and it has likely discouraged anyone that may both have a brain and be on our side from joining us.

The fact has been that Americans have been living in a free country, and the government, like Americans has been able to do whatever it wants. It has been up to the American people to accept or reject these offers. Most Americans have been trapped in slavery and cry out for freedom while at the same time not recognizing that freedom requires courage, prudence and wisdom. Those lacking these qualities, particularly wisdom, will be forever enslaved.

Smarter Americans have been learning about the law and cognizing the matrix. Dumber ones are crying and complaining about how corrupt the government is as if the government has owed them something.

The first thing people need to learn is that the government is bankrupt, it being a corporation, must abide by the rules set out by its Ch 11 creditors. Part of doing this involves tricking Americans into believing they they must act as sureties for the debt and therefore must follow these rules. The legal system is adversarial and the government is in mo way obligated to spoon feed the people the facts to show them how they are being conned. These people choose to be lie-able rather than learn about the law.

The constitution is a meaningless document for those who volunteer to be lie-able. Most people choose to be lie-able and therefore the constitution is only a document of historical significance that reflects the freedom Americans used to have when they had wisdom and courage.

Income Tax: Are You Lie-Able ?

Epistomology refers to the study of knowledge and economics is the science of wealth distribution. In this science money is the context in which this is spoken. Is money wealth ? Can it be used logically in the payment of debt ? Is the basis for the study of economics under our present monetary system false ?

In the context of private matters, money represents labour. If you borrow $20.00 from a friend, you are borrowing his/her labour and should pay it back.

Lets think about the income tax for a moment. You get an income tax "bill" in the mail and are expected to send money. In the world of debt slavery and macro-economic analysis of our current government, almost no one laughs out loud except a few, me included, and here is why:

This paper money is not money - its the opposite of money - its debt !!! Any dollar in existence is there because it was borrowed at some point - it was born when it was borrowed. Technically it was birthed into merchant/admiralty law.

If I borrow your car and smash it up then borrow someone elses car, can you ask me for that someone elses car to replace yours ? No way, BUT I could voluntarily give it to you and deal with that someone else later (this is what actually creates our balloning "debt"). So how can you be forced to pay a "tax" with "money" that is already spoken for ? (ie previously borrowed to even exist)

You cannot be forced to pay a debt with a debt and only people that are lie-able and agree to have elected representatives re-present them as slaves to the Crown banks are required to pay income "tax" (its not a tax really- its a "return"). The income tax does not pay for roads and hospitals - it pays for the interest on the debt, the debt that really doesn't actually exist in the first place- the money doesn't represent any value until someone agrees to work for it, but that is not the idea behind this argument.

In the case of government employees, the money was borrowed to pay their salaries, therefore they may be forced to pay it back. Government employees are required to pay income tax by law.

If you work for a private company, the money paying your salary was borrowed elsewhere and therefore is already spoken for. It may have been borrowed by paying customers to buy the product your company sells, borrowed by stockholders to buy your company's stock or have been borrowed from a bank by the company's owners to pay you, or from another source. No one therefore has the right to demand that you use this "money" as payment for another debt.

Voluntary slavery is legal and we have a system for it that people call the "legal system". Its a system and its legal (because we agree to operate under its terms) but they cannot force you into it, they trick and intimidate you into volunteering by getting you to be re-presented from a "unfeathered wide nailed biped with the faculty of reason" to being a "person" (read corporation) in their courts and under their legal system (the system that happens to be legal) and thus lie-able and to therefore operate as if the debt money was wealth (the lie).

The trick is not to be lie-able and not let the attorneys re-present you to the banks (courts= bench = bank) whether they are in government or in a court of (merchant) law.

A trust has been created in your name to accept these liabilities and protect the PTB from being accused of forced slavery. Its evidenced by the birth certificate, which they have and you have a certified copy to prove that they hold the corporation (person) papers and are thus liable for the debt.

Its all a great big bad joke. It exists so our real wealth can be attorned to the Crown banks.

Keep in mind that an Act of congress or parliament is just that - an ACT. Its not real unless you are in the play. In the play you are a slave. There is a bill associated with the Act and the bill must be paid if you are lie-able. Breaking the rules in this system that is legal (due to your acquiescence) leads to charges (demands for "money"). Non payment of charges puts you in debtors prison. All prisoners are in debtor prisons.

Its a house of smoke and mirrors, not forced slavery. It works because our legal system is adversarial. The other side doesn't have to tell you that you are being tricked.

A discussion of macro-economics in the context of "money" is empty. There is no logical possible obligation and the money in no way represents wealth and thus cannot be used to pay debts. Not only is payment of a debt by creating another debt un-enforcable, but the very money lent has no intrinsic value and therefore the only thing that gives it value is the willingness to work for it.

The payment of taxes is required for government to operate and any group of people that decide to live together must live by rules and a government is necessary to enforce these rules. But the payment of what we refer to as income "tax" is not really a tax at all because it doesn't pay government expenses.

All Americans need to be introduced to the Treasonous International Bar Association. In its role as a dual membership organisation, comprising 16,000 individual lawyers and 180 Bar Associations and Law Societies, the International Bar Association (IBA) influences the development of international law reform and shapes the future of the legal profession. Its Member Organisations cover all continents and include the American Bar Association, the German Federal Bar, the Japan Federation of Bar Associations, the Law Society of Zimbabwe and the Mexican Bar Association.

The IBA, based in London, states it works to promote, protect and enforce human rights under a just rule of law, and to preserve the independence of the judiciary and the legal profession worldwide. If one believes this, then he or she must also believe in non-democratic governance. If the law is left to any special elitist groups, then imperialism will result no matter how noble their stated intentions may be.

Americans currently live in a faceless, nameless, and decentralized bar associations kingship. Their dictatorship has derailed the rule of law and has rendered the People helpless. They have been lawyered to abject submission by this subtle yet sinister totalitarianism. Moreover, these unaccountable associations which desire to internationalize their aristocratic clutches are affiliated with the unelected International Bar Association. The IBA obviously does not need to respect The Bill Of Rights.

The IBA is the foulest form of the New World Order. Concerns about the Iluminati, the Bilderbergs, and The Council Of 300 need to be momentarily cast aside. This Association is actively seeking conquest of the entire world's legal system like thieves in the night and priests during the day. All three government branches and all its personnel must serve the People only. One cannot have two masters. One cannot cannot have a spouse and a whore and expect to receive credit as a good spouse. All Americans pledge their allegiance solely to this nation and its republic under God.

These conflicting loyalties of lawyers is the gravest threat yet to the liberty and security of all citizens. Bar is an acronym for British Accredited Registry or British Accredited Regency. A young M. Gandhi, an Indian subject of the British Empire, passed the Bar Exam in 1893 to become a Bar attorney and member. So a question that has to be asked is why American legal professionals belong to an organization with a foreign name. Another question which requires an answer is why lawyers are called esquires despite the Constitutional ban on Titles Of Nobility.

In the U.S., they're collectively called everything from "attorney" to "lawyer" to "counselor." Are these terms truly equivalent, or has the identity of one been mistaken for another? What exactly is a "Licensed BAR Attorney?" This credential accompanies every legal paper produced by attorneys - along with a State Bar License number. As we are about to show you, an ‘attorney’ is not a ‘lawyer,’ yet the average American improperly interchanges these words as if they represent the same occupation, and the average American attorney unduly accepts the honor to be called "lawyer" when he is not.

In order to discern the difference, and where we stand within the current court system, it’s necessary to examine the British origins of our U.S. courts and the terminology that has been established from the beginning. It's important to understand the proper lawful definitions for the various titles we now give these court related occupations.

The legal profession in the U.S. is directly derived from the British system. Even the word "bar" is of British origin:

BAR. A particular portion of a court room. Named from the space enclosed by two bars or rails: one of which separated the judge's bench from the rest of the room; the other shut off both the bench and the area for lawyers engaged in trials from the space allotted to suitors, witnesses, and others. Such persons as appeared as speakers (advocates, or counsel) before the court, were said to be "called to the bar", that is, privileged so to appear, speak and otherwise serve in the presence of the judges as "barristers." The corresponding phrase in the United States is "admitted to the bar". - A Dictionary of Law (1893).

From the definition of ‘bar,’ the title and occupation of a "barrister" is derived:

BARRISTER, English law.

1.A counselor admitted to plead at the bar.

2. Ouster barrister, is one who pleads ouster or without the bar.

3. Inner barrister, a sergeant or king's counsel who pleads within the bar.

4. Vacation barrister, a counselor newly called to the bar, who is to attend for several long vacations the exercise of the house.

5. Barristers are called apprentices, apprentitii ad legem, being looked upon as learners, and not qualified until they obtain the degree of sergeant. Edmund Plowden, the author of the Commentaries, a volume of elaborate reports in the reigns of Edward VI., Mary, Philip and Mary, and Elizabeth, describes himself as an apprentice of the common law. - A Law Dictionary by John Bouvier (Revised Sixth Edition, 1856).

BARRISTER, n. [from bar.] A counselor, learned in the laws, qualified and admitted to please at the bar, and to take upon him the defense of clients; answering to the advocate or licentiate of other countries. Anciently, barristers were called, in England, apprentices of the law. Outer barristers are pleaders without the bar, to distinguish the from inner barristers, benchers or readers, who have been sometime admitted to please within the bar, as the
king's counsel are. - Webster's 1828 Dictionary.

Overall, a barrister is one who has the privilege to plead at the courtroom bar separating the judicial from the non-judicial spectators. Currently, in U.S. courts, the inner bar between the bench (judge) and the outer bar no longer exists, and the outer bar separates the attorneys (not lawyers) from the spectator's gallery. This will be explained more as you read further. As with the word ‘bar,’ each commonly used word describing the various court officers is derived directly from root words:

1). From the word "solicit" is derived the name and occupation of a ‘solicitor’; one who solicits or petitions an action in a court.

SOLICIT, v.t. [Latin solicito]

1. To ask with some degree of earnestness; to make petition to; to apply to for obtaining something. This word implies earnestness in seeking ...

2. To ask for with some degree of earnestness; to seek by petition; as, to solicit an office; to solicit a favor. - Webster's 1828 Dictionary.

2). From the word "attorn" is derived the name and occupation of an ‘attorney;’ one who transfers or assigns property, rights, title and allegiance to the owner of the land.

1. v.t. Turn; change, transform; deck out.

2. v.t Turn over (goods, service, allegiance, etc.) to another; transfer, assign.

3. v.i. Transfer one’s tenancy, or (arch.) homage or allegiance, to another; formally acknowledge such transfer. attorn tenant (to) Law formally transfer one’s tenancy (to), make legal acknowledgement of tenancy ( to a new landlord). - Oxford English Dictionary 1999.

ATTORN, v.i. [Latin ad and torno.] In the feudal law, to turn, or transfer homage and service from one lord to another. This is the act of feudatories, vassels or tenants, upon the alienation of the estate. - Webster's 1828 Dictionary.

ATTORNMENT, n. The act of a feudatory, vassal or tenant, by which he consents, upon the alienation of an estate, to receive a new lord or superior, and transfers to him his homage and service. - Webster's 1828 Dictionary.

ATTORNMENT n. the transference of bailor status, tenancy, or (arch.) allegiance, service, etc., to another; formal acknowledgement of such transfer: lme. - Oxford English Dictionary 1999.

3). From the word advocate comes the meaning of the occupation by the same name; one who pleads or defends by argument in a court.

ADVOCATE, v.t. [Latin advocatus, from advoco, to call for, to plead for; of ad and voco, to call. See Vocal.]
To plead in favor of; to defend by argument, before a tribunal; to support or vindicate. - Webster's 1828 Dictionary.

4). From the word "counsel" is derived the name and occupation of a ‘counselor’ or ‘lawyer’; one who is learned in the law to give advice in a court of law;

COUNSEL, v.t. [Latin. to consult; to ask, to assail.] 1. To give advice or deliberate opinion to another for the government of his conduct; to advise. - Webster's 1828 Dictionary.

LAWYER. A counselor; one learned in the law. - A Law Dictionary by John Bouvier (Revised Sixth Edition, 1856).

Although modern usage tends to group all these descriptive occupational words as the same, the fact is that they have different and distinctive meanings when used within the context of court activities:

Solicitor - one who petitions (initiates) for another in a court

Counselor - one who advises another concerning a court matter

Lawyer - [see counselor] learned in the law to advise in a court

Barrister - one who is privileged to plead at the bar

Advocate - one who pleads within the bar for a defendant

Attorney - one who transfers or assigns, within the bar, another's rights & property acting on behalf of the ruling crown (government)

It's very clear that an attorney is not a lawyer. The lawyer is a learned counselor who advises. The ruling government appoints an attorney as one who transfers a tenant's rights, allegiance, and title to the land owner (government).

Feudal Tenancy

If you think you are a landowner in America, take a close look at the warranty deed or fee title to your land. You will almost always find the words "tenant" or "tenancy." The title or deed document establishing your right as a tenant, not that of a landowner, has been prepared for transfer by a licensed BAR Attorney, just as it was carried out within the original English feudal system we presumed we had escaped from in 1776.

A human being is the tenant to a feudal superior. A feudal tenant is a legal person who pays rent or services of some sort for the use and occupation of another's land. The land has been conveyed to the tenant's use, but the actual ownership remains with the superior. If a common person does not own what he thought was his land (he's legally defined as a "feudal tenant," not the superior owner), then a superior person owns the land and the feudal tenant - person pays him to occupy the land.

This is the hidden Feudal Law in America. When a person (a.k.a. human being, corporation, natural person, partnership, association, organization, etc.) pays taxes to the tax assessor of the civil county or city government (also a person), it is a payment to the superior land owner for the right to be a tenant and to occupy the land belonging to the superior. If this were not so, then how could a local government sell the house and land of a person for not rendering his services (taxes)?

We used to think that there was no possible way feudal law could be exercised in America, but the facts have proven otherwise. It's no wonder they hid the definition of a human being behind the definition of a man. The next time you enter into an agreement or contract with another person (legal entity), look for the keywords person, individual, and natural person describing who you are.

Are you the entity the other person claims you are? When you "appear" before their jurisdiction and courts, you have agreed that you are a legal person unless you show them otherwise. You will have to deny that you are the person and state who you really are. Is the flesh and blood standing there in that courtroom a person by their legal definition?

British Accredited Registry (BAR)?

During the middle 1600's, the Crown of England established a formal registry in London where barristers were ordered by the Crown to be accredited. The establishment of this first International Bar Association allowed barrister-lawyers from all nations to be formally recognized and accredited by the only recognized accreditation society. From this, the acronym BAR was established denoting (informally) the British Accredited Registry, whose members became a powerful and integral force within the International Bar Association (IBA). Although this has been denied repeatedly as to its existence, the acronym BAR stood for the British barrister-lawyers who were members of the larger IBA.

When America was still a chartered group of British colonies under patent - established in what was formally named the British Crown territory of New England - the first British Accredited Registry (BAR) was established in Boston during 1761 to attempt to allow only accredited barrister-lawyers access to the British courts of New England. This was the first attempt to control who could represent defendants in the court at or within the bar in America.

Today, each corporate STATE in America has it's own BAR Association, i.e. The Florida Bar or the California Bar, that licenses government officer attorneys, NOT lawyers. In reality, the U.S. courts only allow their officer attorneys to freely enter within the bar while prohibiting those learned of the law - lawyers - to do so. They prevent advocates, lawyers, counselors, barristers and solicitors from entering through the outer bar. Only licensed BAR Attorneys are permitted to freely enter within the bar separating the people from the bench because all BAR Attorneys are officers of the court itself. Does that tell you anything?

Here's where the whole word game gets really tricky. In each State, every licensed BAR Attorney calls himself an Attorney at Law. Look at the definitions above and see for yourself that an Attorney at Law is nothing more than an attorney - one who transfers allegiance and property to the ruling land owner.

Another name game they use is "of counsel," which means absolutely nothing more than an offer of advice. Surely, the mechanic down the street can do that! Advice is one thing; lawful representation is another.

A BAR licensed Attorney is not an advocate, so how can he do anything other than what his real purpose is? He can't plead on your behalf because that would be a conflict of interest. He can't represent the crown (ruling government) as an official officer at the same time he is allegedly representing a defendant. His sworn duty as a BAR Attorney is to transfer your ownership, rights, titles, and allegiance to the land owner. When you hire a BAR Attorney to represent you in their courts, you have hired an officer of that court whose sole purpose and occupation is to transfer what you have to the creator and authority of that court. A more appropriate phrase would be legal plunder.

The official duties of an Esquire

Let's not forget that all U.S. BAR Attorneys have entitled themselves, as a direct result of their official BAR license and oaths, with the British title of "esquire." This word is a derivative of the British word "squire."

SQUIRE, n. [a popular contraction of esquire] 1. In Great Britain, the title of a gentleman next in rank to a knight. 2. In Great Britain, an attendant on a noble warrior. 3. An attendant at court. 4. In the United States, the title of magistrates and lawyers. In New-England, it is particularly given to justices of the peace and judges. - Webster's 1828 Dictionary.

ESQUIRE n. Earlier as squire n.1 lme. [Origin French. esquier (mod. écuyer) f. Latin scutarius shield - bearer, f. scutum shield: see - ary 1.] 1. Orig. (now Hist.), a young nobleman who, in training for knighthood, acted as shield-bearer and attendant to a knight. Later, a man belonging to the higher order of English gentry, ranking next below a knight. lme. b Hist. Any of various officers in the service of a king or nobleman. c A landed proprietor, a country squire. arch. - Oxford English Dictionary 1999.

During the English feudal laws of land ownership and tenancy, a squire - esquire - was established as the land proprietor charged with the duty of carrying out, among various other duties, the act of attornment [see definition above] for the land owner and nobleman he served. Could this be any simpler for the average American to understand? If our current U.S. BAR Attorneys were just lawyers, solicitors, barristers, advocates or counselors, then they would call themselves the same. They have named themselves just exactly what they are, yet we blindly cannot see the writing on the wall.

The BAR Attorneys have not hidden this from anyone. That's why they deliberately call themselves "Esquires" and "Attorneys at law." It is the American people who have hidden their own heads in the sand.

Knowing these simple truths, why would anyone consider the services of BAR Attorney-Esquire as his representative within the ruling courts of America? Their purposes, position, occupation, job, and duty is to transfer your allegiance, property, and rights to the landowner, a.k.a. STATE.

They are sworn oath officers of the State whose sole authority is to transfer your property to their landowner-employer. Think about this the next time you enter their courtrooms. From now on, all Americans should refuse to enter past the outer bar when they are called. Who would voluntarily want to relinquish all he has by passing into their legal trap that exists inside that outer bar?

We must all refuse to recognize their royal position as Squires and refuse to hire them as our representatives and agents. They can't plead or argue for you anyway; all they can do is oversee the act of attornment on behalf of the ruling government whom they serve as official officers. Nothing stops your neighbor from being a barrister or lawyer. No real law prohibits any of us from being lawyers! Even Abraham Lincoln was a well-recognized lawyer, yet he had no formal law degree. Let the BAR Attorneys continue in their jobs as property transfer agent-officers for the State, but if no defendant hires them, they'll have to get new jobs or they'll starve. Fire your BAR Attorney and represent yourself as your own lawyer, or hire any non-BAR-licensed lawyer to assist you from outside the courtroom bar.

Refuse to acknowledge all judges who are also licensed BAR Attorneys. Every judge in Florida State is a member of the Florida BAR. This is unlawful and unconstitutional as a judge cannot be an Esquire nor can he represent any issue in commerce, such as that of the State. Every Florida State judge has compromised his purported neutral and impartial judicial position by being a State Officer through his BAR licensure. This is an unlawful monopoly of power and commerce.

The Unauthorized Practice of Law

Fire your BAR Attorney. Refuse to acknowledge their corrupt inner-bar courts of thievery. Formally charge them with the illegal act of practicing law without lawful authority. Why? A BAR Attorney is not a lawyer by lawful definition. An Esquire is an officer of the State with the duty to carry out State activities, including "attornment."

State officers have no constitutional authority to practice law as lawyers, barristers, advocates, or solicitors. Americans should begin formally charging these false lawyers with unlawfully practicing the profession of law since their BAR licenses only give them the privilege to be Attorneys and Squires over land transfers.

Plato & The Law Merchant

Most of the law that people consider as actually law is really statutes given by what is commonly called "The Law Merchant" (banksters). The merchant / bankers have owned our governments since before 1933, consequently our courts are all merchant courts. Afghanistan, Minerals and Natural Law

Lately there have been stories regarding the rich Afghan deposits of minerals. A reason for the war is tacitly suggested in this story.

This is careful perception management. The quickly catching on fact is that the Afghanistan war is a drug war that provides approximately 0.7 trillion per year in street value heroine. The land itself supposedly contains 1 trillion in minerals. Its never been extracted before and its been known about - simple reason - there are no sea ports or easy way of getting the minerals out of Afghanistan.

The organizations that rule the world operate at the sovereign level. No higher authority exists than the sovereign and sovereigns operate under natural law rather than civilized law. A wolf is a sovereign in the forest, it takes the lives of mice so that it can eat. This is nature. Countries going to war over resources is also nature.

The notion that we are fighting the Afghans to get their natural resources is much more palatable than the emerging truth: Our armies fight and kill there to get opium from which to help destroy western civilization- heroine goes into Europe. This is not a justification for war.

This perception management converts an unpalatable drug war war to a palatable one. Our leaders will not be perceived as drug lords but honest politicians looking out for our own interests.

The Afghanistan war is about drugs and drugs give profits which provides a means for black operations. The black operations are used to get IMF control over countries, so our banks can print their money and do to them what they have been doing to us. Not "our" banks, but the super wealthy class that is ruining our country with UN mandates, Agenda 21, etc all on behalf of the law merchant.

Perception management at the highest level cannot tolerate the emerging general knowledge that our armies are thugs for dope dealers.

In the popular mainstream media and education enforced sovereign model of government the Republic Of Plato seems irrelevant. If government is viewed in the correct manner in law, the Republic fits the real sovereign (the Law Merchant) that actually operates above government in the way a hand fits into a glove. The law merchant is everywhere, the director of action but seldom seen. The world is a lawful place, not a just one, and the true nature of the law is carefully hidden.

The Republic is a dialogue of things universal, but explained in the concept of Plato's' view of government which happens to fit very closely to our own. The book is a study of justice and everything else is tertiary and there to elucidate the concept of justice.

Some philosophers say that you should read many different philosophy books, others say that you need only study Plato and Aristotle and that others are mere footnotes. Others say The Republic of Plato towers over the rest, some people read it all their lives as if it were a bible.

Translating a book like The Republic Of Plato is a job for serious philosophers, I am only an amateur. My summary thus only includes sketches of the the first two books (chapters). By only summarizing the beginning, my errors should not accumulate as to have the opposite of intended meanings later in the book if I attempted a full summary. Nothings substitutes reading the text, especially multiple interpretations. I have the Cornford and Bloom editions. My summary scratches the surface and is independent of translation. The text of this book is the shadows and one must look toward the light by carefully reading and considering concepts.

It can easily be argued that civilizations exist to protect members from barbarians, nature and to ease economic loads, this explanation is provided by Rousseau. Rousseau explains that man must give up a part of his nature to live in society. Plato believes that society in which men are interdependent and specialized is both natural and advantageous.

Justice results from the culmination of moral virtues according to Plato. These moral virtues, according to Plato consist of tempered courage and wisdom providing justice which leads to happiness. People with the greatest of moral virtue should be held in the highest regard and in positions of leadership in Plato's idealized timocracy.

Plato fundamentally believed the government should promote moral virtue within its citizenry to obtain justice, and therefore happiness. He saw the need for government to regulate and control thought to maintain moral virtue in the city, a good form of what we call fascism. (Fascism, like propaganda can be used for both good or evil ends. Fascism is essentially ideas planted by government into the minds of the young who then make the required demands on government while sounding like a grass roots movement and a genuine demand for change. Mussolini said that fascism results from corporatism, not that fascism and corporatism are synonymous. The phoney environmentalist movement is a perfect example of fascism, as was Hitlers Youth.)

Many people believe that Plato's prescriptive authoritarian power would naturally become corrupt and not obtain its goal of an ideal virtuous society. This process of a society converting from Plato's timocracy to a democracy, followed by despotism is well explained in the later writings of the book. Plato did not believe that his idealized timocracy could be maintained for a long period. The purpose of the book was to discourse on the subject of justice rather than to provide the reader with a prescription for an ideal society.

The book was a dialog shared mainly between Socrates, Thrasymachus, Glaucon and Adeimantus and told by Socrates in the first person with Plato as the author. Plato was a student of Socrates. The political environment of this dialog is that of the tyranny of thirty, which the characters talking with Socrates are a part. Socrates is under implicit threat in these discussions. This tyranny is in place after Sparta won the Polyponnesian war with Athens. Its been said that The Republic Of Plato is the true apology of Socrates[Bloom].

The book is written in dialogue format with Socrates directing the discussion about justice shortly after he was ordered to appear. Socrates takes control of the discussion after being forced to participate showing that wisdom can overcome strength.

The book starts off with establishment characters talking with Socrates. Celaphus believes that justice is honesty in word and deed. Socrates discredits this argument giving an example of honesty in word and deed serving evil. Celephus gives us the rich mans version of justice.

Polemarchus states that justice is helping friends and harming enemies. Socrates argues that harming even the unjust leads to further injustice (Socrates believes that seriously harming a man is to make him more unjust). Polemarchus gives us the rulers version of what constitutes justice.

Thrasymachus, also a statist, says that justice is the interest of the stronger and lashes out at Socrates for being critical but not having a definition of justice to share. He states that justice is in the interest of the stronger and that everywhere the state is the strongest and acting against the state is called unjust. Socrates points out that the state is not infallible and doesn't always look out for its own interest - it makes errors, therefore acting justly in the eyes of the state may be an injustice.

Thrasymachus goes on to explain that injustice is more profitable than justice for rulers. He argues that the ruler is nothing more than a shepherd leading his flock of sheep treating them well but with the idea exploitation in mind. He argues that the small time criminal is often labeled as a villain, but the state ruler who practices tyranny has respect necessary to rule. Personal happiness is obtained by these rulers because they receive more than their share.

Injustice is only the fear of the weak, fear of being wronged but is more profitable than justice for those rulers that have skills to avoid detection or strength to avoid prosecution according to Thrasymachus.

Thrasymachus says that the just man is an unhappy ruler, his private affairs suffer because his principles prevent him from accessing the public funds. His friendships suffer for not giving them favor. Injustice has all the opposite advantages for rulers. “You can see the most successful in the most consummate forms of injustice which rewards wrongdoing with the most supreme form of happiness and welfare”[Cornford]

Socrates counters this argument in the context of how we judge a good craftsmen or a good doctor. The quality of the work is judged from the subject of the work, such as a thing created or the well being of the patient rather than the craftsman or doctors own personal happiness. In particular, Socrates uses the example of a ships pilot who must look out for the well being of ship and crew.

Thrasymachus concedes.

The entire book is devoted to the concept of justice and no serious reader would accept that Socrates has successfully refuted the views of the others thus far. What Socrates does do, however, is show that his intelligence can overcome the strength of his persecutors.

In the second book we are introduced to Glaucon and Adeimantus, who give more sophisticated arguments and discussions regarding the concept of justice.

In the second book Glaucon says that Thrasymachus should not have given up and that he would like Socrates to explain why fundamentally justice is preferable to injustice. Although he believes the statement, he wishes to more carefully analyze his beliefs by taking the role of the opposition and listening to Socrates argument in favour of justice.

Glaucon explains that the benefit of justice has only benefits of reputation and appearances. He is looking for the deeper understanding. To revive Thrasymachus argument, he reminds the others of folklore where a man finds a ring with which he can make himself invisible or visible in turning the ring around his finger. He asks the others to consider carefully what would happen if the a ring such as this one was given to both a perfectly just man and a perfectly unjust man. He says that the just man would be foolish not to enter the dark side and enjoy its fruits and that he would be called a fool if he didn't in private while being called a hero in public by those that feared him. He could take anything he wanted, kill whomever he wanted and occupy any position that he wished. Other than for the sake of appearances, justice seems to offer no advantage over injustice and injustice has every advantage.

Socrates expresses frustration at his inability to offer a counter argument.

Adeimantus lowers the hammer on Socrates once again by explaining his idea on how a government could run. He explains that justice is desired because it is assumed to be ideal in the eyes of the gods, but the gods take sacrifices and gifts from the unjust and the unjust can give more to the gods as well as look after those close to them.

Adeimantus explains the use of injustice in government: “For, as to getting away with it, we'll organize secret societies and clubs and there are teachers of persuasion who offer the wisdom of the public assembly and the court. On this basis, in some things we'll persuade and in others use force; thus we will get the better and not pay the penalty.”[Bloom]. Cornford also uses the terms “secret societies”.

He later explains the only disadvantage of injustice: “But in Hades we'll pay the penalty for our injustices here, either we ourselves or our children's children.”[Cornford] He adds that this can be countered: “We can counter that objection by reckoning on the great efficacy of mystic rites and divinities of absolution, vouched for by the most advanced societies and by descendants of the gods who have appeared as poets or spokes man of heavenly inspiration”[Cornford].

Both Adiemantus and Glaucon believe in justice, and look for Socrates to explain the advantage of a just life over an unjust life that does not include appearances. Socrates is at a loss to overcome these arguments and decides that since the state is a reflection of individuals but is much bigger, the elusive principle of justice may become clearer by looking at the state.

The remainder of book two explains how stories should be told to the young that promote virtue and do not insult or degrade the gods.

History shows us that man was once governed by monarchies, these monarchies required trade with others. This trade required the use of ships to transport goods and money. Often times a ship with a large quantity of gold and silver aboard would be sunk or robbed by pirates. Bills of exchange were created so that these bills could be carried in lieu of money. A system of laws developed around this paper money system and a class known as the law merchant slowly came into existence.

Under the law merchant system a ship could be easily insured, its losses would only be paper losses. The paper bills of exchange created an environment where the law merchant gained power that was above that of individual monarchies and was therefore able to finance revolutions. These revolutions lead to the nation state that we have today. Freedom was promised to the people, only to be quickly taken away by the law merchant while its illusion remained. This system evolved slowly in time, starting with the idea of fiat currency first developed in Lydia approximately 3000 years ago.

Banks print money from nothing and lend it to governments as thought it was actual labor. This provides enormous power to the banks to recover earned wealth through interest payments made by taxpayers on loans given to governments. This is known as debt farming. The enormous profits of the banks are not required to be spent into the economy of those paying the taxes and debts become impossible to repay. The common man is stuck in the muck of the rich mans ethic, to repay his debts although it is impossible if a universal ethic is to be applied.

Many people believe that the politicians of today must act according to justice because they can be thrown out of office for mis-behaving, or worse, charged in a court of law for being traitors or thieves. People are at a loss to explain how politicians can seemingly act in a traitorous and thieving manner and constantly get away with it. Our nationalities are not sovereign, our politicians therefore take guidance from the true sovereign while, through silence, keep the true realities of how the system operates from the masses.

The courts, answerable to the sovereign essentially operate the same way. They operate under the appearance of common law but in reality operate under the law of admiralty. In Canada, technically, the Queen is the sovereign but her power was taken by the banks shortly after the Battle of Waterloo when Rothschild spread false information just after the battle and was able to buy up Britain's debt for pennies. (Many people believe the Rothschild's were simply agents for the Venetian bankers just as Morgan was an agent of the Rothschilds in the USA before he died). The term "Crown" now refers to the banks in the City Of London rather than the British royals themselves.

We are governed by a philosopher king, but a philosopher king who is a committee - the Committee of 300, The Builderbergs, etc- all representatives of the law merchant. Their goal is not to promote virtue among mankind, but to destroy it. The Republic of Plato illustrates the fundamental problems in putting natural man into an un-natural society while preserving justice. It illustrates the difficulty of this and suggests logical ideas that may be incorporated to overcome mans natural desires so that he may form just and therefore happy societies.

Everywhere our philosopher kings can be seen to be doing exactly the opposite. They give us courts that are characteristically and obviously unjust to demoralize, politicians that are obviously thieves, secret societies and self governing professionals who guard their own interests rather than that of the tacitly implied interests of the public, police that act as peace officers but function as thugs and pirates for the banks, music and culture that is designed to de-moralize and destroy, water that is poisoned with fluoride, air that is poisoned with chemtrails, education that is poisoned with nonsense (AGW and overpopulation), and no moral or ethical education required for a healthy society whatsoever.

Morality is reverting back to natural law, which is very different -perhaps opposite from that required to maintain a civilization. Members of the tribe in positions of authority believe that they are superiour to the pack and that the social contract and the concept of good and evil no longer apply to them. Consider the recent BP oil disaster. Will members of the BAR (politicians and lawyers) allow anyone to be prosecuted ?

The evolving technological society requires a much smaller number of slaves to serve the ruling true sovereign and it may be in the interest of the sovereign to reduce the number of slaves on the plantation.

Our civilization is being destroyed, our lack of virtue is preventing anyone from stopping it, and people that will soon be on their own knees and in their own excrement are perpetuating it. We are no longer homo-sapiens, but homo-economous. Homo-economous has no virtue. Homo-economous lives in a state of fear and is ruled by greed and ambition driven by that fear in short sightedness in the land of Hades, where according to Homer the dead walk underground (underground has no light and dead can be a metaphor for debt).

The primary driving myths that underly the attitudes as well as demasculate homo-sapien into homo-economous are that of over-population and that of an elite much more intelligent class than the rest of us.

Overpopulation is ridiculous dogma that can be debunked with a window set in an airplane ride or look from Google maps over the most heavily populated areas on the earth. From a pure mass and consumption viewpoint insects rule the planet. We see examples of super intelligent beings everywhere. Chess masters with supposed IQ's near 200, master computer programmers such as Bill Gates or Bill Joy, master mathematicians such as Andrew Wiles who recently proved Fermat's Last Theorem. We believe that these people are much better ordinary folks.

In the case of Wiles, we find that Wiles was the kind of ten year old that liked to read math books. He first discovered Fermat's theorem at the age of ten, presumably while his classmates were outdoors experimenting with the devil or throwing a ball around in a park. People like Joy and Gates were the social geeks in high school that spent their time in computer labs and the best chess players learned the game before they could catch a ball.

The myths of overpopulation and elitism are carefully constructed myths to keep us commoners from even attempting to take power back. We have given up, believing they are better, they should survive, and that the world is overpopulated and many of us must die. It is an incredibly far reaching and diabolical scheme that depends on fear and the belief of omnipotence of this “elite” class and impotance of ordinary folks.

The doctor or lawyer looks down upon the more common professionals believing himself to be superior, the more common professionals look down upon those in clerical work or the skilled trades, believing themselves to be superior, etc. Divide and conquer is a necessary strategy to be applied in the deconstruction of todays society and to reduce the number of slaves through internal strife and economic warfare.

But Socrates could overcome and mitigate the affect of strength through the application of wisdom and sophistry (courts). We have been lead to believe that we cannot apply this same technique.

The courts are what our civilization sits upon and many researchers, average, everyday kinds of people are winning. They are getting out from under their mortgages, keeping their houses, driving without licenses and not paying income tax. They are the wise men of today, they haven't given up and an increase in their numbers is what scares the elitists more than anything.

The courts are made from smoke and mirrors to confuse the common man and convince him to hire a lawyer to shovel through all of the deception. The fork tongued serpent seemingly speaks in one language while in reality speaks another. The lawyer has the common man believe that he works in his interest by "representing" him. In reality, the lawyer re-presents the common man who has inalienable rights to the court as one who does not. Most people do not understand that hiring a lawyer leads to them giving up their rights and thus makes them liable (Lie-Able – as in able to be lied to).

Look at web sites like http://www.creditorsincommerce.com/ and www.detaxcanada.org to begin your research. You will get what these people honestly believe to be truth, they are wrong sometimes and admit to not having everything figured out but they are an alternative to the slave system and you may learn something. You may participate and/or contribute. There are many pleasing surprises waiting for you and you may just get your ticket out of Hades.

The Oil Spill

According to Lindsey Williams, the oil drilling that BP was doing in the gulf was wholly unnecessary and entailed unnecessary risk. The Bakken Formation in North Dakota contains eight times the amount of oil that is in Saudi Arabia according to Williams but the American government would not allow the drilling. The oil found in Alaska alone would be enough to supply America for the next 200 years but it is protected because it is also a wildlife reserve.

The gulf drilling went to a depth of approximately 30,000 feet from the surface of the earth, 25,000 feet of crust and 5000 ft of water. Drilling to this depth is the absolute limit of human technology - on land. The Russians have drilled as far as 40,000 ft- on land.

The Russians have been successfully deep drilling for oil on land for a long time and its well known that massive oil reserves exist at great depths below the surface of the earth. Peak oil was a scam, just like global warming, and muslim terrorism. Peak oil was a myth to justify high oil prices and give further reason for austerity measures.

When something goes wrong with the drilling on land the accident can be contained and controlled. The risk of doing this underwater at 5000 ft depth was too great. The unanticipated pressure burst the safety valves and was guessed at being approximately what the Russians had experienced when drilling to 40,000 feet. In reality the pressure was far greater and uncontainable. The safety valves used were the best available.

The magnitude of the oil spill dwarfs any oil spill of the past and only theories provide means of dealing with it. Its cause was the environmental policies that restricted access to oil located elsewhere to save us from the phoney myth of global warming due to CO2 production from burning oil.

Police are people too. The maintenance of truth is the public responsibility because truth is in the public interest. If we do not maintain truth, how can we expect anyone else to acknowledge it ? If we do not maintain it, it is a dying entity. It is a waste of effort for our governments and law enforcement to maintain it. If we do not maintain it, it will die and no one wants to be flogging a dead horse.

We are a society that has a very loose relationship with truth. We forget that the dielectic (basically argument) is the path to truth. We are fearful to argue to find truth for fear of offending someone, we do not acknowledge and espouse truth when it matters- especially when it matters most because that is when we offend the most. If we fearlessly spread it we will win- because we will be wiser. It is a war of words and ideas, not bullets. Argument forces us to use reason and it detaches us from the emotional aspects of what is being argued, exposing and justifying eternal truth.

Conflict brings about change and understanding, great philosophers such as Plato, Renaissance philosophers such as Locke, Rousseau, and Hobbs come from times and regions of conflict.

Challenge one-anothers beliefs. John Stuart Mill wrote a book called "On Liberty" in which he discusses censorship. It is the common belief that people that go around challenging accepted truths or espouse lies do us damage and that they need to be censored. People that spread lies make us think and remember why we know what is true to be true, otherwise we forget and soon after forget the truth itself. Without challenges we forget why we believe what is true to be true. Challenges are the only important dialogue we can have - they enhance understanding and a maintain truth.

Sitting around and agreeing with each other all the time can only make us stupid- its like buying a new house and never painting it and letting it fall apart. Only a challenge to an accepted belief can preserve a valid accepted belief- and it can erase a falsehood.

Ask questions that create arguments.

People that would censor are not truth seekers or preservers of truth. They are the egotists and will never add anything worthwhile to a movement or participate in the discovery or unveiling of new ideas that challenge the ideas and morality that got us to where we are.

We have been brainwashed to reject argument by the very people who wish to dumb us down. Taking argument away in our culture makes us forget why certain truths are true. It is part of the psychological war directed against us. People who argue are our friends, just as our true friends tell us things we may not wish to hear.

Argument returns us to reason and reminds us how to think.

Its difficult to imagine that the pharmaceutical companies would actually create a vaccine that is actually harmful - until you learn about fluoride. Once people awaken to the realities of fluoride, then the idea that Gardasil may actually be harmful and purposefully released to children for the purposes of being harmful not only becomes believable, but likely.

There are many links on the internet that describe the realities of fluoride, anyone doing casual research can quickly and easily see that fluoride is a harmful substance that should not be ingested. They put it in our drinking water and this realty shows that our leadership is likely one of the most diabolical and sadistic ones that has ever existed in the history of mankind.

The video below contains some important information from a few heroic doctors that have spoken out. Doctors are no longer required to take the Hippocratic oath to practice medicine, a fact that most people are unaware. These few doctors behave as though they had.

There are not many empty seats in the dismal, echoing conference chamber in the ghastly concrete box that is the Hotel Maritim here in Bonn, where the UN’s latest attempt to maneuver the 194 States Parties to the Framework Convention on Climate Change gets underway today.

The “international community”, as it is now called, is here in full force, in the shape of expensively-suited, shiny-shod bureaucrats with an urbane manner and absolutely no knowledge of climate science whatsoever.

However, one empty chair is a pointer of things to come. The Holy See – a tiny nation in its own right, with a billion citizens around the world – has left its chair empty. And that is significant. If “global warming” still mattered, the Vatican would make sure that its representatives were present throughout this gloomy gathering of world-government wannabes.

This emergency conference, called by the UN’s bureaucrats because they were terrified that Cancun this December might fail as spectacularly as Copenhagen did last year, is a much quieter affair than Copenhagen. Not only has the air of triumphalism gone, after the scandals of Climategate, Himalayagate, Amazongate and so forth, but the belief that “global warming” is a global crisis has largely gone too.

There are a few true-believers left among the national delegates, but more of them than before are open to discussion of the previously-forbidden question – what if the climate extremists have made the whole thing up?

The Chinese Xinhua News Agency, for instance, came up to the table manned by the environmental campaigners of the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow, which takes a hard-boiled, cynical view of the notion that a tiny increase in the atmospheric concentration of a trace gas is likely to cause a thousand international disasters.

The reporters were genuinely interested to hear that there is another side to the story. Huan Gongdi, the Agency’s senior correspondent in Germany, asked me what I thought of the Copenhagen accord (a waste of time), what was happening in Bonn (a desperate attempt to ram through a binding Treaty that can be put in front of the US Senate before the mid-term elections make Senate acceptance of any such treaty unthinkable), and whether or not there was a climate crisis anyway (there isn’t).

I explained to Mr. Huan that even if the UN had not exaggerated the warming effect of CO2 many times over there was still nothing we could do about the supposed “crisis”, because we were emitting so little of the stuff in the first place.

For the record, I did the sum in front of him. The atmospheric concentration of CO2 today is about 388 parts per million by volume. However, we are adding just 2 ppmv a year to the air. So the warming we cause each year, even if one believes the UN’s wild exaggerations of CO2’s warming effect, is just 4.7 times the natural logarithm of the proportionate increase in CO2 concentration from 388 to 390 ppmv.

Thus, 4.7 ln(390/388) = 0.043 Fahrenheit degrees – less than a twentieth of a Fahrenheit degree of “global warming” every year. That is all. Putting it another way, it would take almost a quarter of a century with no carbon-emitting activity at all – not a single train, plane, automobile, or fossil-fueled power station – to forestall just 1 Fahrenheit degree of “global warming”.

That is why no Treaty based on controlling the amount of carbon dioxide the world emits can possibly work. And that is why there is no hurry anyway. The only reason for the UN’s sense of urgency – a panic no longer felt by the majority of the delegates here – is that the bureaucrats know the game is up. Opinion polls throughout the free world show that no one now believes a word of the climate extremists’ nonsense any more. If they can’t get a binding treaty this year, they won’t get one at all, and they know it.

Paul Craig Roberts and 9/11

In an interview with Alex Jones, Paul Craig Roberts cites the gullibility and cowardice required to believe the official version of 9/11 as one of his reasons for retiring. He says that 9/11 has created an arena where truth is unwelcome. Truth is no longer relevant.

9/11 was an inside job. Its my litmus test - anyone who does not believe this cannot have any credibility. Anyone who does not openly state it could be an agent. Anyone who openly says it is much more than likely, not an agent. Thats how 9/11 can help us IMO.

The Bomb In The Brain

This is amazing.

Stephan Molyneux is a philosopher who uses philosophy to dissect what may be wrong with the world. He has some very interesting ideas, not all of which I agree with, but I must concede that he has spent a lot more time thinking about all this than I have. He is an anarchist, I am not. Given this information I can see his ideas more clearly. Molyneux has an Masters degree in philosophy from McGill in Montreal Canada.

He has a series of videos that suggest that many of our problems arise out of the fact that we are not reasonable as human beings. He has shown this to be true in the past. His very well backed up hypothesis is that early childhood abuse causes brain damage and the damaged brain is managed by amygdala, the actual reasoning part of the brain is run by ideologies rather than reason in the case of these brain damaged individuals. The book, "Political Ponerology" says the same thing with respect to soldiers damaged by fascism, interestingly enough. This book just keeps on coming up as I read and learn about all of this.

The system is built to put people in jail and punish them for what may be mental illness that could possibly be cured through therapy and excercise. But the Western system seems intent on locking people up. The reason for this, IMO, is that it generates waste and keeps the people down, under the thumb of the rulers which is a first priority in an authoritarian based system. We live under soft fascism, which is authoritarian but by means of propaganda rather than direct physical force.

Part 4, which is about 1/2 hour long is most interesting. If you don't have time for the whole thing, just watch part 4. Part 3 is a close second. Parts 1 & 2 are not nearly as important, but part 1 has some very interesting statistics. The stats are all around the ACE score, based on ten questions. Who Is Doing It To Us ?

Is it Jews or the BAR association, or is it the nature of a technological society, human nature or politicians? Is it the banksters ?

I think its a combination of factors, first of all I think the technological society is a creation of the the rulers (banksters) for the purpose of enslaving us. Wars are created to speed up technological development, concentrate "wealth", keep people distracted, angry and sometimes dead while a monster (technological society - Frankenstein) is built up around us. This monster continuously demands more and more control because the modern man, "Homo-Economus"[1] demands, above all else comfort and safety where his counterpart, homo sapien sought truth and justice from his gods. His gods served him well, keeping him humble and the machine at bay.

The control that is required by the technological society is demanded by the technicians (actuaries, economists, engineers, big corporations) so they can plan for the future created by the banksters - its their gig. They print little pieces of paper with numbers on it calling it money. They control the future so that the technicians can plan for it. Plans enslave us by limiting freedom. Homo Economus becomes the subject of his plans.

The BAR backs the banksters up and makes the paper into money with the law. Politicians don't make laws, the law is a separate entity, the "law" is the UCC - the uniform commercial code created to protect commerce on the high seas, now on the land, its Administrative law and Equity courts, it almost never has a jury. There is value in dishonor and this value is converted to illuminati/satanist debt notes by the courts. Money is the god of Homo-Economus.

The judges decide law in equity courts, using what the politicians wrote as law as only a guide. In Equity law the judge excercises discretion. In administrative law, the law consists of administering the law along with public policy and the benefit of all (communism). Most people study administrative law in law school. The real law, as applied today, is nothing like the old common law that we see on Law and Order and other TV shows.

So its money that controls us, provides the element of control necessary to keep the machine running. But its the BAR that gives us the foundation of "justice" that society sits on, that Homo-Economus believes in. The BAR gives the illuminati/satanist debt notes value through enforcement of law and its men with guns. They enforce the tax laws and trick people into their jails for not paying the criminal, immoral and Marxist income tax. Income tax pays for more war and the machine gets bigger.

Justice and the machine are incompatible, the BAR works for the banksters who operate the machine through planning done by their tax free foundations and secretive think tanks. So justice loses because the BAR association works for the banks too. BAR association members are rich by the standard of the common excrement shoveler - they are paid off, not paid, to keep the machine running as it does for the banksters so the technicians can keep planning. Bar members laugh all the way to the banks, their pay cheques are high because they allow themselves to keep their numbers low.

Its the Jews that get to be the scapegoats for the BAR (British Association Registry). Everything the Jews have been accused of doing in secret has been openly practiced by the BAR. At the bottom of every rabbit hole you find yourself wading through weasel excrement. The courts have the final word. BAR members speak with a forked tongue -their words have double meaning. They create and manage the foundation of our society. They have the monopoly on justice which is the foundation on which society sits.

Its the BAR that locks up people like Earnst Zundel and makes the Jews look bad. The need to make the machine bigger means more war and more propaganda to keep everyones eye off the ball.

If this post sounds disconnected, sorry, when wading through weasel excrement its difficult to know what you are stepping on. Can anyone straighten out all this UCC, Equity Law, Administrative Law nonsense ? No way. Maybe they can't either, they just keep laughing all the way to the banks knowing they can say whatever your interpretation is must be wrong because they have the monopoly, they say what is and what isn't.

If anyone can falsify this, please do so. Tell me where I am wrong. I want to figure this machine out. This is a working theory and I am looking for falsification.

Reading The News

When we read a story in the newspaper or even by a well intentioned and intelligent individual should we accept this as fact ?

I generally take individual news stories as a small peek and look for an underlying truth by reading many stories of similar incidents. The news is a product of the information age, it is filtered, third hand information. Plato talks about shadows on the wall and this analogy is very good for considering news stories. We are not seeing what actually happened, we are seeing a shadow on a wall depicting what someone else believes as important regarding the events. The written word by the author may actually have a different meaning to the reader when sentences or paragraphs are considered. A grander truth may be exposed that the author had never intended in the case of fiction and non fiction reporting - this is certainly true of Mary Shelleys Frankenstein which speaks of the technological era and was written before technology had a discernable affect on society. Factories didn't exist, plowing was done with the aid of animals rather than machines.

So what can we discern from the news ? Many stories fit patterns, from those patterns we may discern a grander truth. An example of this is stories related to child or sexual abuse. Any one story is likely to be very loosely related to facts based on the subjective interpretations of writers which are based on the subjective feelings of victims. But when we hear these stories over and over again, certain patterns emerge and we must ask ourselves of the grander truth: what is it that causes this to happen and how can the problem be mitigated? Has this stuff always happened ? Can society protect us from this ? Should society protect us from it ? Is it a manifestation of the structure of society or is it primarily human nature ?

I think stories of children being abused by priests and judges expose grander truths - the corruption that can (and therefore will) exist within any secret society or organization. I think this is an important aspect that is a common thread running through many of these stories and is a grand issue exposed. They expose a fault that exists in the structure of society that if fixed, would prevent things like this from happening.

The events surrounding 9/11 show us that someone is keeping secrets. If the events occurred the way we saw them on TV then the official version, scientifically speaking, must be lies. I think we can safely say that the buildings collapsed straight down through their own footprint - no one has said any different and the accident scene would be different if the buildings had actually toppled as would be required, scientifically speaking, if the official version of events was true.

Can we say that airplanes hit the buildings? As far as this goes there are very few witnesses and the witnesses we do have video taped what they saw, but there were few of these and videotapes can be doctored up.

Many people suggest that the buildings came down for another reason other than the plane crashes - if indeed planes did hit the buildings. So, did planes need to hit the buildings ? Maybe. Do we need to know if planes hit the buildings or not to make the conclusion that we are being lied to by the very officials that are supposed to be uncovering the truth about this ? No, its practically irrelevant - but if planes did not hit the buildings it would expose just another lie - that is it.

I think its a provable scientific fact that the buildings came down for another reason other than planes hitting them. To me its almost irrelevant as to whether planes were actually even there.

I don't know how the buildings came down, there are a lot of competing ideas on this. I do know that they collapsed straight down through the path of maximum resistance and for this 9/11 was a controlled event. It was a planned event. There had to have been explosives pre-planted within the buildings and officials are covering this up. Therefore it had to be an inside job and our officials are protecting whoever did this.

All other facts, innuendos, ideas, are just window dressing. From a very small set of facts the case can be proven with almost no doubt. This is VERY RARE. Normally we do not get to see and examine the evidence supporting news stories for ourselves. Normally the evidence is not so clear even when it can be examined.

Television Lately

On "V" the creatures want to vaccinate the humans. The V creatures use the same methods that the establishment are using on us, gaining our trust, providing "universal health care". On Law And Order a scientist that spoke against CAP and Trade gets murdered. Pro AGW scientists are cooking their data and they are a bunch of scum and liars (this is normal, the recent scam is nothing, global warming is still real and scientists lie about their data all the time ?)

I've been overloading on TV lately because I have a lot on my mind and I'm a little sick of thinking too much. I haven't watched TV is quite a few years, except for old shows like M*A*S*H* off the satellite.

Most mainstream shows are shows I haven't seen - I watched Desperate Housewives the other night for the first time (great show- if you are a guy especially).

Whats going on with TV telling what we think is the truth ? Maybe it isn't.

I was surfing around looking for information on Jacques Ellul, and I found this talk show on education by a philosopher that was associated with Ellul in the sense that he spoke against totalitarianism.

Paul Craig Roberts has retired from journalism and has said that the truth is now irrelevant. His statement to this affect is posted on PrisonPlanet.com as well as his own blog.

Another friend of mine from Toronto 9/11 Truth has done the same thing.

I think we have missed something in our analysis of the new world order. We have made a lot of people angry and without an idea regarding what to do about the situation. The things regarding NAZI's, bankers, etc are are true but we have failed as a movement to search for deeper truths.

When I started school in grade nine, it was my machine shop teacher that spoke more true and relevant words for today than those of my English or history teachers. He explained that when you are operating a machine and you get your hand stuck in it, the machine will just keep going. It doesn't care if your hand is stuck in it or not. It will strangle you or tear your arm off without feeling and keep running as if nothing happened. He explained the necessity of being careful and using proper safety techniques when using machinery.

The fact is that technology itself is enveloping us, and the nature of the way we use technology (technique) is psychopathic- it is one great big machine. Technique now rules us. Mathematical economics determines the most efficient ways of organizing the world around us. As more and more technical methods are developed and used, more are demanded. If we demand efficient cars, then we must have an efficient state to plan and build the roads. We must have laws that dictate how these roads are used because they are straight and smooth and do not prevent anyone from speeding. The necessity of city planning means people sometimes lose their property, elements of our history get destroyed. Our history is a reference to who we are.

It is the planning that technology requires that makes our future foretold. A foretold future is by its own definition, a reduction of freedom.

Technical education itself is distinctively lacking in ethics and the humanities, the human cost of things is hard to quantify and it sometimes gets ignored when plans are made. Man shapes himself to fit into these plans out of economic necessity and his own humanity reduced.

These ideas come from The Technological Society by Jaques Ellul, a classic book written in the sixties in French and translated to English. It is a very thought provoking book and has changed the way I see the world. I'm only halfway through the book and will be writing additional posts on it.

I watched the movie "Repo Men" the other day. In this movie people borrow money to buy organs when their own organs fail. If they missed their payments, the organs are repossessed. Could this happen ? Of course it will happen. No technology ever gets developed without being used. It will be expensive to get new organs and payment plans will be necessary.

The truth movement has been developing techniques to hold the state in check in the form of the freedom movement, old techniques that use protest and demonstration have been used. There is no technique of preventing technology from chipping away at the human ethic. The two are incompatible and cannot co-exist.

Human beings are evolving from Homo-Sapien to Homo-Economus, as Ellul explains. In my view modern civilization is too large for our current ethic to be applied. We see the people we know in terms of being human, the ones we do not are a mere statistic and they see us the same way.

Defining a problem correctly is the primary step toward finding a solution. The truth movement has not defined the problem in adequate terms yet. Once a problem is defined, the solution is often trivial and given within the formulation of the problem. Defining the problem in more exact terms is what we should be doing IMO.

Somewhere in the bible it explains that when our leaders and priests are lying to us we must turn to the pagan priests for truth. In our civilization this is Hollywood, or so I am told - both of these things by Jack Smith, one of the leaders of the redemption movement.

It takes a fairly decent knowledge of law and banking to see the message in Dorthy's dream in the movie The Wizard of Oz, but I was able to see it. The message is also in the book Alice In Wonderland. The courts are often called Wonderland and the minions of the courts Tweedle-Dee and Tweedle-Dum. The message did not ring clear with me with Alice In Wonderland.

In Peter Pan, Peter is careful not to lose his shadow which is an allegory for our shadow government. In Puff The Magic Dragon we are given a code about redemption, but it too is unclear. In Puff The Magic Dragon we learn that we cannot speak and must have a person (paper man) speak for us until we learn how to talk in the courts as well as the nature of admiralty law. It takes some knowledge to see this message.

The message in the movie Coraline is much more obvious. Here Coraline is offered a chance to live in a world very much like our own, she is given everything she wants and is finally a chance to stay if only she will allow buttons to be sewn in the place of her eyes. The movie is very well done and imaginative, a story hasn't been told before to my (limited) knowledge in this area.

Check the movie out sometime if you are looking for something different and more interesting than the typical repeated story lines that normally comes out of Hollywood. Its a great little movie and its all about exposing a truth.

Hollywood has a clear message in this one.

Debunking Debunking Global Warming Debunking

Even though the global warming alarmists have been not only proven wrong and proven to be liars I decided to take a walk on the other side and listen to this video done as a book promotion by Naomi Oreskes supporting the AGW hypothesis. Naomi is a trained geologist who espouses the view that science is something that the common man can make judgments on based on popularity of a theory within the scientific community. She insists that just because something is proven wrong doesn't mean anything because things in science are sophisticated. I'm not a sophist so I don't much go for sophisticated things.

She compares the anti AGW camp with those who spoke against the hypothesis that smoking causes cancer and names a few scientists who were both anti AGW and spoke against the smoking-causes-cancer hypothesis.

She says that the latest AGW scam of the IPCC emails being exposed means nothing because the people that exposed what are now known as lies may not be qualified AGW scientists.

She says that science has grown faster than exponentially. I was under the impression that science grew exponentially because the amount of new knowledge was always proportional to the amount of existing knowledge from which to work with.

She tells us that we should investigate who is funding the anti AGW factions, but does not suggest we should apply this as a general rule to anything we hear regarding "science".

She is careful to discuss very little evidence and the evidence she does present is not within what normally would be considered a geological time frame and sticks with evidence gathered from what she says is the "19th century" but is really the 20th century (purposefully ?). She is a scientific historian as well as a geologist.

She claims that the anti AGW side has put forth very little if any evidence supporting their claims. She says the anti AGW camp has been a giant propaganda machine executed deliberately to confuse the public. This has been executed by organized think tanks according to this woman. There are no limits are there?

She says that she was accused as being part of a liberal conspiracy to bring down world capitalism "as if liberals are organized", well Naomi, you are right, liberals by their nature aren't very organized, but neo-liberals sure are.

She is skating on thin ice through this, and I think she has fallen into the pond at the end of this. It was kind of fun to watch - especially seeing people walk out in the middle of the talk and the skeptical look on peoples faces toward the end.

Speaking Of Democracy

Nothing else exposes the assault on language like the multiple definitions of democracy. In some cases this assault has been unintentional and merely a sign of our language unable to keep up with thought processes and other changes within society. In other cases it may be a direct assault to confuse questioning people and skeptics.

Below I will outline some definitions as I understand them. I will put other words which are poorly defined in quotes to help expose the confusing nature of our language around these political issues to further expose the uselessness of our language in discussing anything regarding politics.

(1) The common definition of democracy is the right to vote. As the State propagandists were showing how we were converting Afghanistan to democracy the voting activities of Afghan "citizens" were shown on the "news". Of course "citizens" of Russia were allowed to vote (for Stalin).

(2) The political definition of democracy is the will of the masses. This is the most widely understood definition and is used to expose the dangers of democracy- that is that rule by the masses can devolve into tyranny against small groups. This is the reason why America (some say the "United States") is a "republic" (actually re-public) according to many patriots. In reality, America is a Republic, United States is a privately owned and operated bankrupt corporation that parades itself as a country as is in itself fascist and communist in nature.

(3) The philosophical definition of democracy has three components: Happiness (the right of "citizens" to persue what makes them "happy"), Equality - that is that all "persons" are considered to have equal rights before the "law" and Liberty - to pursue ones interest provided those interests do not interfere with the rights and freedoms of others. This comes from "After The Deluge" by Leonard Woolf who treats the subject in great detail in this excellent and well known book on communal psychology.

(4) The commercial definition of democracy is emerging through the freeman / redemption movement as the government of the "citizens" who are subject to bankster will through voluntary slavery made possible through the 1933 bankruptcy in which the United States took over America. (In reality this happened just after the civil war when America (the South) went bankrupt fighting the English Crown (The North)).

There are more than definitions than this, I am sure.

Platos Republic describes democracy as we see it now, rule by the "bourgeois" (people that control politics with wealth and ownership of means of production [Marx]) classes, corruption and insider politics that eventually devolves into despotism. Plato believed that the highest form of government was a Timocracy, a system where honor rather than power or wealth would be the goal of citizens. Plato believed this would devolve into rule by a philosopher king and this system if not carefully guarded would itself devolve into an oligarchy. The oligarchy (bloodline rule) would devolve into a democracy. Plato thought that a philosopher king would be the best system, where kings would be chosen from the schools with the criteria of the student that displayed the best characteristics of temperance, courage and wisdom which lead to justice.

Earnst Zundel was released today, we all know who he was and why he was locked up.

To me he represents one of the steps that I went through to reach the point of being able to see. I never questioned the holocaust, I had no reason to. But when they locked Zundel up for questioning it, I wondered why. I knew that something was horribly wrong, Zundel being wrong or right about the holocaust.

I was busy with life, I didn't have the time to look into it and had decided at that point that I would learn about Zundel and about the holocaust. I know now that it doesn't matter if the holocaust was real or not, not when you compare this to the act of locking Zundel up for questioning it.

Zundel was locked up for questioning this and this is far more significant than the event itself. It means death to millions - death in spirit, death in manhood, womanhood, we become children. We are now nations of children.

I think Zundel was probably right. There isn't a lot of evidence supporting the holocaust.

Joe Stack

Joe Stack wrote a six page letter that was construed by many as being a diatribe against capitalism. At the end of his letter he left us two sentences:

“The Communist Creed: From each according to his ability, to each according to his need” This is what communists have been saying about communism- it was a slogan popularized by Karl Marx in his 1875 Critique of the Gotha Program. The best argument against communism that I have encountered is the famous novel Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand. This phrase is also used throughout Atlas Shrugged by the communists.

“The Capitalist Creed: From each according to his gullibility, to each according to his greed” was a mis-quote of Henry Fairlie criticizing televangelists in the New Republic, according to Newsweek.com in “Joseph Stack, Henry Fairlie, and the ‘Capitalist Creed’”, Feb 2010.

Throughout the Manifesto of The Communist Party, the terms proletariat and bourgeois have been used to describe the position of people within society. The proletarians have been the people that do the work, the bourgeois have been the people that both own the means of production and have been able assert political control as a result of that ownership. Society has been directed by the proletarians in their effort to constantly innovate to get out from under bourgeois oppression according to Marx. Marx describes society "today"(1848) as a constant economic battle between the proletariat and bourgeois and mentions a feudal arms only once in this context. Marx explained that the bourgeois had overthrown the feudal society of ancient, the proletariat overthrew the bourgeois in recent times. Marxism has often been quoted as a "dictatorship of the proletariat.

Stack railed against the Internal Re-Venue Service (IRS) in his letter and never mentions the ideas of capitalism, communism or Marxism. His last two sentences show that his diatribe was against capitalism and places the blame solely on capitalism for the tyrannical nature of the IRS. The problem with this was that what we have been experiencing over the past century has been the result of Marxism, not Capitalism. Stack made an all too common error, mistaking what surrounds us as capitalism rather than Marxism. We have not experienced capitalism in Canada or the United States since the bankruptcy of 1933 when both countries went under the complete control of international bankers under Chapter 11 bankruptcy law and the lawyers and bankers were given what can be described as a Letter of Marque against the general population.

The international bankers have been the force behind Marxism since its inception because bankers want centralized total control, not wealth (they already own everything - all the gold, your property and the money that has been sitting in your wallet right now). I will use the tenets of Marxism as listed in Marx & Engels "Manifesto of The Communist Party" to illustrate the point that we currently live under Marxism. The Manifesto of the Communist Party” issue I have was edited for English by Engels himself, printed by Progress Publishers in Moscow, 1971 and revised in 1977. No ISBN on this puppy.

Precisely, Engels would describe our system as Bourgeois Socialism, roughly translated this is the system espoused by “Champagne Socialists”, people who foolishly believe they are part of the bourgeois and not the proletarians.(This has had its root in inflated egos that have prevented people from differentiating reality from fiction. Many of these folks could be properly institutionalized if the system were to rid itself of its Marxists underpinnings)

The assertion I have made below is complex subject matter and many will dissagree at first reading and requires further research on the part of the serious reader to see the proofs. One newspaper alone isn't enough to explain it all but the internet is full of information, exposing government documents and reports that prove my statements below. Keywords used in the text below can verify my assertions with the use of an internet search engine. Search "Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports" for a start

The communist Manifesto has been outlined below with my interpretation of its meaning and how it has been applied in modern society showing that we have been under Marxist rather than capitalist rule.

(1)Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes. So you think you own your own house ? Go build a shed in the back yard without getting government permission. Try not paying your “rent” (taxes). This tax goes to the public purse to pay for public education and such. (another tenet of Marxism)

(2)Heavy progressive or graduated income tax. No comment required here.

(3) Abolition of all right of inheritance. This is developing, already heavy inheritance taxes will only get heavier under the guise of needed taxation.

(4) Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. As a result of the USA "Trading With The Enemies Act" in 1933, we have all been considered enemies of the state and none of us have owned “our” property. Casual research will show a massive number of detainment facilities for people people just like myself. As a result of the 1933 bankruptcy, our money was taken and replaced with "war script". This war script has been the stuff we pass around as money, but since it isn't money, we haven't actually owned anything because it has been worthless and therefore hasn't bought anything. We have been trading debt for debt when we have made purchases, there has been no assets involved, "money" used produce those assets with labour was already spoken for and owed to banks. Thats why the government has been able to take your car, your house or anything else they own. That has been why we have payed "rent" on “our” property and have been required to register our cars with the government. The first casualty of war has always been money, the second has been truth. Armies have always confiscated a nations money and replaced it with their own script to confiscate and control the wealth of the nation. We have all been considered rebels and very few of us have ever “owned” property.

(5) Centralization of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital and an exclusive monopoly. This gets a little complicated. The banks that you and I bank at have been owned by the State and are subject to the dictates of the Fed (yes even in Canada - the 13th district of the Fed), and this has been illustrated through the subject matter of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. The State has maintained two sets of books, the one most people have known as the Annual Financial Reports, the one that has been for the liabilities which have been blamed on capitalism and used to justify heavy taxation, and one that has contained the assets from which they have excercised veiled Marxist control. In fact, the government has been the majority shareholder in every big “capitalist” organization in recent history; IBM, Ford,GM, Microsoft...the list goes on and on (Really, see the CAFR). The bailouts have been government feeding itself by dining on us. The BAR association exists to strip us of our rights and feed us to the banksters. We have been getting tricked with the courts getting us to volunteer for this slavery. "Nothing is new under the sun" -Jordan Maxwell.

(6) Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State.

See department of transportation and communication. Try starting your own radio station or building your own road on your "own" property. Try putting up a web site that questions the holocaust.

(7)Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State; the bringing into cultivation of wastelands, the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan. The soil improvement has not been done since before the thirties when crops were regularly dosed with minerals before government declared war on its citizens and started putting fluoride in the water, but the government has been very much in control of agriculture. Food prices have been kept low through subsidization of farming, putting the farmers under direct government control in return for subsidies. The UN controls the land which would normally be said to be "wasteland" - that is the land that exists outside normal human living areas through the UN conservation authorities. The UN is a product of the international bankers, and therefore the government. Rockefeller himself donated eight million dollars worth of land from which to construct UN headquarters in NY.

(8) Equal liability of all to labour. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.

Unions accomplish this, there hasn't been much pay difference between that of an auto worker, nurse or city employee. What is normally referred to as the petty bourgeois, doctors, lawyers, etc do make more money but actually form the dictatorship of the proletariat and believe, through egoism, that they form part of the ruling class. They themselves are governed through occult (secret) societies, as are all self governing professionals. In reality none of them have had any more power than the everyday shoveller of excrement, but have their egos stroked so often as to believe themselves the equivalent of Greek gods. It has been well understood that the so called "educated classes" have been the most easily propagandized (See Propaganda: The Formation of Men's Attitudes, Jacques Ellul). Marx could not have foreseen the industrial revolution and the part machinery would play in agriculture as he and Engels wrote the manifesto in 1848, just at the time the revolution was beginning. He did believe in the creative nature of the proletariat and its need to constantly innovate. With this innovation, clearly, armies for agriculture would not be needed.

(9) Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries, gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country, by a more equal distribution of the population over the country This was accomplished through the industrial revolution and the automobile as well as the telephone and more recently the world wide web. The Federal government can find its way to your hind quarters just as easily in the country as in the city. They patrol the wildlands, and are not nice people when you meet them.

(10) Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labour in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production. Aside from the obvious, the universities and colleges very much work for the state in research, manufacturing methods and social science through grants from the state. The entire global warming scam was a creation of the universities and its paid off professors who were hungry for government grant money for research. We are an intellectual society and have depended on innovations to maintain the proletariat class required constant state of change. Schools can therefore be said to produce for the State. The industrial age is nearly over, replaced by the information age. Most people work in union protected or government jobs or in self regulated professions who have maintained high demand for their labours through restriction and control of membership numbers to keep demand high. Trade unions have also served the task of leveling the playing field of the proletariat.

The society we live in has not been based on anything remotely connected to "free market capitalism", many people have been calling it “monopolistic capitalism” but in reality this could be interpreted as a monopolization of power which is the goal of wealth and therefore just another term for communism.

The only reason that has been in existence to suggest we live under capitalist rule has been that the TV, public education and politicians keep telling us that we have been free. Have we felt free ?, are fifty hour work weeks a result of freedom ? Is being pulled over at police checkpoints freedom when no evidence of bad behaviour presents itself freedom ? Is random CRA/IRS audits freedom ? Do we have freedom of speech ? Is public education freedom ? Are body scans freedom ?

Therefore it has been foolish to criticize the idea of free market capitalism using todays society as an example. Stack made an error in judgment, but his letter has expressed the frustrations that many of us feel. In the end I believe this to be a propaganda stunt to make people hate capitalism and the final Marxist screws can be put into place. There has been no reason to believe Stack was even on the plane, other than the government has told us he was. Remember the 9/11 terrorist, of whom many were found alive long after the initial incident.

I looked through my community newspaper this morning when I was out for coffee. My God, we are running out of water !!!. Imagine running out of water on a planet that is mostly covered with water !!

People "use" up to 100 gallons per day I am told. I'd like to see one of these people - they must be awfully big. I don't use any of it myself, I just borrow it. It all gets returned to where it came from soon after I use it. When I die the water that I carry around as part of my body mass will be returned as well.

There are several new movies about this coming out. I hope that someone takes a picture of people standing in line in the rain waiting to see one of these movies. Environmentalism is going local, so if anyone takes a picture of this, please send it along for a laugh.

Linday Williams Tells Us About 2010

Lindsey Williams has come out with new information regarding 2010 and forward and has a set of DVD's with the new information. He has synopsized this information on an interview with Dr. Stan Monteith on RadioLiberty.com. Those of us who wish to know the future need only to listen to Williams, he predicted $50.00 a barrel oil early in 2008 as well as many other things. He has been consistently accurate in predictions. Here are his predictions for USA in 2010 (I assume these are valid for Canada as well): (But Canada will enjoy selling its currency to the Chinese, the Chinese will be getting out of USD so we Canadians may be safe from all this- its the Republic they want to destroy, not Canada where people only imagine they have rights. We will see the iron hand under the velvet glove after USA goes down - just my opinion)

(1) No war with Iran unless started by Israel but not until another year to a year and a half. Yemen, Pakistan, Afghanistan - only sabre rattling - its to distract us.

(2) Currency to be devalued by 30 % to 50 % and this will translate to astronomical food prices in 2010. Food will be on the shelves but most of us will be unable to afford it.

(3) Gold and silver will be the only usable currency - all the paper will be worthless by 2012. Gold will be worth $1500 - $2000.00 an ounce at todays value of money. Devalued money will make it go higher. No paper (bonds, all kinds) will not be worth anything other than what its written on by 2012.

(4) Crude oil will be going up as the currency deteriorates but will only reflect the devalued dollar and will still be priced in dollars, it was taken down to make the OPEC countries go broke.

(5) The health care bill is gov takeover - read the fine print. There is gun control, euthanasia, etc built into it. Its a straight gov takeover and has little to do with health care.

(6) Drug trade is number one in terms of "money" value. They need Afghanistan to stay the way it is for the drug money. (most of which is laundered by the Royal Bank of Canada according to Dr. John Coleman ex MI6)

(7) Leadership of the world will be transferred to China. The elites currently control every single nation of the world, including Russia. "Chinese are the strong ones" a quote according to William's informant. Another quote: "Inflation big" (in 2010). Buy anything you NEED - NOW.

(8) No relief in the economy anytime soon.

Williams says that his informant says that the only chance for change is in the USA if the lawmakers can be chained to the constitution. No other country stands a chance.

I said the US government did that, everyone looked at me as if I was from Mars and many called me a conspiracy theorist, or crazy. Nothing has done more to make monkeys out of men more blatantly than these home foreclosures. The fact is that the banks no longer have the paper (contract you signed), its been sold on speculative markets. Your bank has to have the paper to demand the payment, so if you can't make your payment, demand that your bank produce the paper. Maybe you don't have to make these payments after all.

Most people just hire lawyers thinking lawyers will represent them and tell them the truth. The fact is that the lawyers first represent the Crown and the Crown is one of the forces behind the corruption and robbery that we see. Your lawyer first works for the thieves, dope dealers, pedophiles, child molesting satanists, murderers, war mongers and phony environmentalists that are all supported by the Crown in their efforts to rob you and depopulate the planet through financial terrorism, warfare and direct psychological abuse. Your lawyer re-presents you in a context so that you can be taken advantage of by these forces.

In legalese, represent means "re-present" and the re - presentation of you to the courts is the re -presentation of a man who has willingly given up his natural right to be a slave and therefore has no more rights. So your lawyer isn't going to tell you that your bank has to have the paper. Your lawyer isn't going to tell you that when you are done paying your mortgage you can recover every penny because its abandoned funds.

You see, the bank doesn't lend you anything when you get a loan, its just worthless paper. We the people earn it into existence and the when you pay your mortgage the payment is in sweat equity- its from your labour. You can replace their paper with kind - that is pay the bank back in kind with worthless paper and recover your sweat equity.

Does this all make sense ? Yes, actually it does, but you have to spend a great deal of effort de-programming yourself and learning that the country went bankrupt in 1933, and the law profession and its associated bankers are all morally bankrupt and they haven't done a thing to earn yours (and mine) wealth other than lie, cheat, steal and extort. The whole whole system is based on subterfuge because there isn't any money. Its all paper, the banks took the money in 1933, got the government to make a formal declaration that citizens are now enemies of the state, replaced money with war script, and gave the lawyers a Letter Of Marque to rob the populations, technically as pirates, but without physical violence. They use lies instead. This was all done to save the corporate governments and keep them in business.

We fight wars to bring the people of other countries under the same system. This is called "democracy", and democracy isn't a good form of government for man because man has a pack mentality and can easily be taken for a ride with propaganda.

Global Dimming

When I first got this email from BrassCheck TV, I thought it would be a video about the death of the Socratic method. I guess that died a long time ago and is as forgotten as or dead soldiers that fought totaliarian governments in World War 2 and previous.

But I was wrong. The BBC has done another green movie, it hasn't aired (I wonder why not 8-) ), but, be afraid, be very very afraid...another climate scare is just around the corner, and when combined with global warming, temperatures could rise twice as fast as currently predicted and be entirely irreversible by 2025.

Global Dimming

Around 30 minutes into the movie, we see water burning with an array of special sound effects, such as that one that sounds like a saw going through bone.

It turns out the climate scare has been grossly underestimated by scientists, we could soon see temperatures unseen in the previous FOUR BILLION years. Its not a prediction, its what will happen if we clean up pollution while not doing anything about the dreaded greenhouse gases.

Humanity is most certainly doomed if we don't do something about burning fossil fuels NOW, or DIE !!!!

Scary stuff, Hollywood hasn't produced any great horror movies lately that I'm aware of, perhaps its time to connect the computer to the big screen, cook some popcorn, shut off the lights and sit down for an hour of great entertainment.

Debunking Elitism

The modern crisis, the fact that God is dead has brought us elitism. Nietzche is is often understood to be the father of the NAZI movement, although I am not convinced of this nor well enough read on the subject to quote others who would dis-agree with me. To me Nietzche was a highly ethical, moral man who eventually went bonkers after witnessing too many of mans moral transgressions. Nietzche suggested that God must be replaced by super-men and that all men should be subservient to the super man (what this acheives I do not know- more on this later). It is this modern crisis that the NAZI's were born. A belief in elitism characterises NAZI philosophy.

Does the super-man exist ? People assume that some people are much much smarter than the rest of us and attribute this to genetics. The same can be true about athletics. The Wayne Gretskys of the world can play hockey much better than the rest of us, but the rest of us were not dragged out onto a pond at 6 AM to practise hockey every day at the age of four years old.

I have some experience in serious swimming. I self trained, never had a coach and swam for several years for two miles per day in sets of 400 m freestyle followed by a pre/post warm up, warm down. This amounted to about 2.5 - 3 miles per day. At the age of 29, being a pack a day smoker and 15- 20 lbs over ideal weight, I acheived a 400 meter freestyle time of 4 minutes, 35 seconds. I was never an athlete, and I had severe allergies as a kid preventing me from being an athlete. The current world record for the 400 meter free style is 3:40:59, just a minute faster than I could do it. Its likely that a time of 3:30 or better has been acheived during practise for some athletes, although not offcially witnessed. Sometimes you are in a zone. Its likely that if I didn't smoke cigarrettes and was ten years younger my time would be significantly better with no change in training practises.

This record was achieved by an athlete that has daily professional coaching, was nearly a full time athlete who swam twice a day, a distance of around about 6- 8 miles (normal for swimmers in training although in this case I don't actually know). This athlete was Ian Thorpe who was 18 years old at the time, in his athletic prime, and likely never smoked a whole cigarette in his life.

Our physical abilities are remarkably similar. The same can be said of animals, how much faster is the best racing horse than a similar breed of horse that does not receive the same training for running ? Can the same thing be said of our intellectual abilities ? One would assume this to be the case until proven otherwise, given that both are believed to be rooted in biology and our biologys are very similar as well as very different from apes and monkeys and other lesser intelligent beings.

The folks that are the great scientists, doctors, mathematicians and judges all share the common trait of dedication to their field, a feverish devotion. The mathematician who proved fermats last theorem had the dream of doing so since he was a ten year old child. I didn't know who or what fermat was when I was a ten year old, nor did I care. He had a dedication and a lifelong dream. Andrew Wiles was knighted for this achievement. Andrew Wiles was the kind of ten year old who went to the library to read math books.

I met a master chess player once, he explained that he was very intelligent and likely the most intelligent person I had ever met, he also had a masters in physics- climatology - and he believed the AGW hypothesis until I showed him why it couldn't be true using only the data presented in Al Gores stupid movie. We were doing carpentry and the boss believed this guy that he was much more intelligent and he got the better jobs. I made a bet once, on a time required to do a moderately complex piece of carpentry. I did a far better job in one hour with simple tools than he did in 3 hours using complex tools and I won the bet and he paid me for it. So being a master at chess or having a masters in physics does not necessarily make one particularly intelligent.

We were all in school once, was it not the children who did their homework and showed an interest in the subject matter that got the highest marks ? I never knew anyone who got great marks in math who didn't like the subject and didn't do the homework. I have tutored perhaps 200 people on the subject and gotten to know them well regarding their mathematical abilities and attitude toward the subject. The people who had the trouble were disinterested in the subject matter (99% of them), the other 1% being perhaps incapable of doing it. I never did meet a student who had trouble that was giving the subject a serious effort. The big problem was always a lack of confidence.

I knew a doctor of philosophy once, we became friends because we were both broke and bored and I gave him what little money I had in exchange for his answers to my questions about philosophy and his help with my writing style. He claimed to have an IQ of 180+ and seemed very intelligent to me because of his knowledge of philosophy and literature as well as an incredibly rich life experience. He was an Iranian ("special forces" colonel in the Iran/Iraq war) but loved English literature and the language. One day he accused me of stealing six dollars from him, I pointed out the fact that this was impossible and that I couldn't have stolen the money. He insisted with the hypothesis that it was the only explanation. I know this wasn't the only possible explanation because I didn't take his money. So much for geniuses.

Plato said that the men of exceptional ability are both good and bad and should be watched because of their capacity to do evil [Platos Republic]. In our society we praise intellectual greatness and allow those such as Maurice Strong to operate largely in secrecy. Clearly our attitude and actions toward the intellectual elite are not self preserving. Is elitism another scam like the AGW hypothesis ? Do people naturally except IQ testing as a realistic test of human intelligence because they are told that this too is scientific ? Is the human mind itself capable of developing a realistic test of its own abilities ?

Why do we allow our so called "geniuses" to operate in secrecy ? Is this just another way of dividing us and allowing evil to help fulfill the nihilistic dream of a one world totalitarian government ?

What does genius really achieve for mankind ? Are we truly happier with our new computers than we were with our commodore 64's ? Has technology and intellectual achievement been good to mankind ? Does it increase happiness ? Aren't we all hedonists ?

Our intellectual prowess has brought us the machine, which can replace many of us. Our machines haven't made us happier. Maybe this is what the church knew in the dark ages. Maybe the nihilists want a new dark age for precisely this reason and they are using our machines and automation to accelerate our own destruction.

What To Do If The NWO Can Be Stopped

Tax free foundations, corrupt debt based script (money) and secret societies have lead us to where we are today. The problems can be fixed.

Suppose for a moment that the NWO was stopped, all the corrupt bankers, drug dealers, murderers, high ranking environmentalists, and child molesting satanists were thrown in jail. What could we do to fix civilization and prevent pure chaos ?

I think it could be done, and maybe much more easily than people think.

(1) Send all members of the BAR association back to the City of London - every single one of them. Build a wall around it, no one goes in or leaves. Let the lawyers lie and escheat one another.

(2) Replace the money supply with government issued asset bonds that would be issued to banks to be re-issued to communities for upgrades and repairs in the form of bank notes that are particular to each bank, ie Bank of Nova Scotia notes, Bank of Montreal Notes, etc. Keep the current fractional reserve system and have severe penalties with public oversight to stop any group that seeks to undermine the system the way it was undermined in the late 1800's, bringing in central banks. Give everyone a bare minimum allowance for sustainance as business grows through the rebuilding and repair of roads and industry via private means.

(3) Establish new courts consisting of "Articulators", judge referees and juries. Articulators would simply help each side articulate their cases in a logical manner and call witnesses on behalf of their clients and replace lawyers. Juries would judge. Laws would be as in the New Testament Christian bible, as it is now but without the secret societies and secret agenda related corruption, or in other places the Koran, Hinduism or Judiasim.

(4) Publically governed professionals - no more secret societies. Make journalism a publically governed profession. The elimination of all tax free foundations. The wealth of these foundations could be converted to the bonds mentioned above and replaced with bank notes to keep sustainance of the population while industry is being rebuilt.

(5) School cirriculum under total control of communities with no outside forces such as from the federal government. Law and government would form a major part of the cirriculum, gun usage and knowledge would also form part of the cirriculum. A well armed population is the best way to prevent crime. Establish guideline requirements for language, logic, computational mathematics, history, and the arts to ensure pupils graduate competitive in a creative knowledge based world.

(6) Re-establish the hyppocratic oath for medical professionals. Privatize health care. Everyone would be able to afford it with a new strong economy.

(7) Discharge the countries bankruptcy (1933 and in the States twice prior). End the wars and bring the soldiers back home.

(8) Legalize hemp and marijuanna, make alchohol illegal. Altered states are a part of every civilization, marijuanna is safer than anything else. Create a hemp based rather than petro-chemical economy.

(9) Provide an island or a place for the self considered elite who believe that humanity and our ethics are holding them back from greatness. Let them be great using their own resources and labour and ethics.

(10) Let other foreign cultures re-emerge. Re-hydrate through desalinization, the continent of Africa. Give it to the blacks to re establish their old cultures and beliefs and shape them to fit into a modern world. Give India back to the Indians, etc. Let all the countries print their own money rather than have it under control of the drug dealers, murderers and satanists of the IMF, UN and World Bank. Have a truly multicultural rather than mono-cultural world where humanity develops by learning from one anothers cultural and ethical mistakes and evolves accordingly.

The wealth would quickly be re created and more evenly distributed than in the past leading to shorter work weeks and greater productivity, a more educated and healthy population with a future quite different from the oppression, death and poverty we currently face. There would be no more wars because the countries would all be printing their own asset based money, populations would quickly feel the cost of war in their wallets.

The most important issue facing humanity as a whole is taking place in Copenhagen. The ridiculousness of the pro AGW hypothesis is laughable, nothing the pro AGW supporters say is actually true. Mostly its colourably true, but can be shown to be more colourably false. Statements such as "The AGW hypothesis is supported by the majority of the IPCC scientists" is such a statement. Many of the IPCC scientists left because of corruption. You can learn more about this by watching a free online movie called "Global Warming or Global Governance". This movie will illustrate the trick science espoused by the AGW hypothesis supporters.

In Copenhagen, the delegates are being offered free sex. Human beings are not always reasonable, and this may be just enough to change a delegates mind if it works the way I suspect. I think that a hooker would be propositioned by some delegate then she would call into a center with a database to see if this if this delegate is approved. If the delegate is approved, then he/she/them get a free-bee.

I doubt the ladies of the evening organized this themselves and were motivated somehow, therefore being organized. Isn't this so typical of the whole AGW scam ? A bunch of prostitutes gathered in a place for freebes, which is what they get with the carbon tax.

Downtown Copenhagen there is a display of a polar bear in ice. The sculpture is slowly melting exposing the skeleton underneath. This reminds us of the statement from the pro AGW camp that polar bears are dying because man uses too much energy and puts too much carbon dioxide into the air. Polar bears are not dying, and mans output of CO2 is insignificant.

In another place there is a group of people peddling bikes to generate electricity to power a Christmas tree. Never mind the irony of display like this being funded by a bunch of bankers, who were forcibly thrown from the temple by Jesus Christ, or the fact that the Christmas tree power is organized by a bunch of satanists, but the fact is that humans are not very efficient at generating power by peddling bicycles. There would be an order of magnitude greater carbon output with humans doing the peddling rather than having it generated by conventional means.

Science, Morality and Sanity

I have an absolute obsession with globalism and what has been happening around us and I have had this obsession since 2001. Its the most interesting thing that I have ever come across and there is something that is telling me there is hidden key someplace in the understanding of all of this. The hidden key may be all we need to magically make it all go away.

Maybe I can be the dude that connects the dots, win fame and fortune, and be loved all over the world - book signing tours, and ultimately having big fences to keep hoards of beautiful young women from breaking into my place - or least thats what Freud would probably say my real motive is. But I haven't read Freud yet so maybe thats not it. Maybe I am just trying to save my own ass in the most interesting way I know. Maybe I am bored because I don't have a "job" because I never liked regimentation to begin with (I don't confuse it with discipline and am self employed). My motivations are certainly important in considering my conclusions and I am not really sure what exactly my motivations are, all I know with absolute certainty is that I am motivated in figuring this out. Maybe an outside reader is better at figuring out my motivations than I am.

I don't read much because I have read someplace that is more important to read good material thoroughly than it is to read volumes of material. This is also in the bible, as I have recently discovered, so it must be true. It is for this reason and not my own natural intelligence (I am only average) that I have enough confidence in my beliefs to write them down.

Lately I have been thinking about the behaviour of people on newsgroups wrt agrguments related to globalism and how it can easily be shown to be at least childish, more than likely closer to insanity than simple childish behaviour, but this in a way not immediately evident on its face. I have the biologist that a fellow blogger (MaggiesMusings) in mind that she spoke about on my previous AGW post. The biologist said that the earth tilt has nothing to do with seasons, but in fact it defines seasons. To confidently state this about the earth tilt is a sign of arrogance, which is a sign of insanity (or just idiocy) when the speaker is wrong.

I know that the people who argue ridiculous things such as the AGW hypothesis to be true, or that buildings just naturally collapse straight down through their own axis (of greatest resistance) after fires actually know better. No one is really this stupid. Some of these people believe that the earth is overpopulated and something must be done. They believe they are in the moral right and are thus able to keep their sanity. How sure they are of the overpopulation problem I can not say. All I can say is that I don't believe it even a little bit - I don't think there is even a 1% chance that it is true.

But, what about the people who just work at jobs and are slowly being driven to exhaustion from long hours and stressful work that they actually hate ? They haven't had time to really consider all of this in most cases that I know of and they don't like talking about it. They are the driving force of the establishment just as the NCO's are the backbone of the army, as col Potter once said in M*A*S*H*. Their ability to reason is slowly being eroded.

We are all scientific to a certain extent, and the scientific method is really just a natural way that we think IMO, it was just brought to light from words on paper. Science and morality are a bad mix and we are forced to mix the two setting one above the other. For people that do not know the real agenda is depopulation, their morality is in constant conflict with their scientific mind and this is driving them insane. This is best illustrated in a book called Political Ponerology that describes that physiological changes in brain structure that occur in people when they are part of system where these two aspects of their minds are in constant conflict. The book was written from the perspective of polish doctors doing autopsies on soldiers and people in the establishment in the 1920's and 1930's and previous.

What was the real purpose of 9/11 ? Some may argue, including myself, that it was perhaps a distraction to confuse everyone from something bigger in the backround (end of 1933 bankruptcy) and/or to put a police state in place that will be necessary to enforce globalization. Some people argue that the attacks erased a lot of debt, both moral (demolishing CIA, etc records of wtc7) and monetary (destruction of records in towers), but the "debt" isn't real -its just imaginary and entirely dependent on a belief that it does exist so that is probably not it IMO. These two ideas are well supported, but lets consider the purpose of the AGW hypothesis for a moment.

Could anyone reasonably expect the AGW hypothesis to actually "fly" ? Many people knew it was a scam in the 1990's. Anyone who has any brains at all, confidence in their own discernment of political reality and who chooses to look into the AGW hypothesis can clearly see that its probably one of the most blatent and biggest frauds ever attempted. If it wasn't so serious many people would probably need to be medicated just to stop laughing.

The risk of failure of the AGW hypothesis had to have been considered, and what seems like a failure on the face may not actually be a failure at all. Maybe we were supposed to figure it out. That certainly must be true of the building collapses of 9/11.

If the purpose of the AGW hypothesis and of the terror attacks of 9/11 was actually to start driving a large portion of the population insane, then everything would make sense. Maybe when the last bits of the scientific dictatorship fall into place it will be the result of everyone figuring out that both 9/11 and AGW were a cruel hoax proving our own stupidity and lack of ability to govern ourselves.

To create a scientific dictatorship based on the use of carbon, it would make sense that a large portion of the population must be driven insane. Everything about our culture and religion speaks against this type of top down control and by driving the majority of us insane, we slowly learn to not trust our own judgement making us ripe for takeover and erasing the essence of who we are - we are anti-authoritarians to the very core of our beings in the West.

This idea came to me after waking from a nightmare, during which I was forced to lie to a friend who was a cop for the purposes of both saving my own ass from embarassment and from saving other people from having a target for which they could hate, after me doing something utterly stupid (an act of vandalism that speaks of teenage boredom and mischief). This is a mirror of which many other people face in reality, as the little people in the establishment get off on their little childish power trips in the same way I initially got off in my dream, but I could awaken. Those people that cannot awaken from the constant shocks (conflicts) in their minds must slowly be driving them insane.

In this moment of clarity I felt the need to get up and verbalize this idea before it faded away.

The motivation for all of this nonsense must be to drive the population insane and prepare them for a scientific dictatorship. I've been working on this idea for a long time, and have verbalized it before in other ways. I would really like it if someone could show me I am wrong. I'd hate to be on the wrong track all this time.

Questions for AGW Hypothesis Supporters

Much of the argument both for and against the Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) hypothesis contains too many graphs and too much math. Its enough to turn non science educated people blue in the face, I would imagine. Much of it is meaningless and presented to generate confusion with false assumptions underlying the data presented.

Question 1. Is CO2 a major greenhouse gas ? Many scientists are saying that is is not. My favorite source for information on AGW is an interview between Dr. Timothy Ball and Black Krishna, an activist from Toronto. Sometimes this link gets broken but you can search "Black Krishna Timothy Ball" and find it easily. In this interview Dr. Ball makes the direct and falsifiable (can be shown to be false if so) statement that CO2 is an insignificant greenhouse gas. Many others such as Michael Coffman show the same thing in his movie "Global warming or Global Governance", which is also available free on the web.

Question 2. Do you believe that the 32000 scientists (9000 PhD's, 300 PhD Climate Scientists) listed on www.petitionproject.org are in cahoots with the oil companies to destroy the carbon cutting plans of our politicians to see the earth destroyed ?

Question 3. Have you given both sides of this argument equal consideration ? Are you afraid to give "the other side" a chance to present its evidence ? Did you know that many people change their opinions after watching "Global Warming or Global Governance"? Do you have to be knowledgeable and understanding of both sides of the AGW hypothesis argument to be of informed opinion ?

Question 4. Is it possible that the entire AGW hypothesis is to scare people into paying more tax and allowing certain special interest groups to collect billions of dollars in taxes ?

Question 5. Do you believe that scientists working for the government are free to speak their minds ? If so, why haven't more university and establishment employed engineers and architects spoken out about the obviously false government explanation surrounding 9/11 and in particular the building collapses ?

Question 6. Could it be that this whole carbon scam is to replace our existing fraudulent banking system with an equivalent fraud that only serves the ruling elite with carbon credits ?

Question 7. Is it possible that this whole AGW hypothesis was created to distract us from obviously more pressing issues such as economic collapse, corrupt money, unethical bailouts and all of the wars ?

The AGW issue is the issue of the day, we must re-activate on this. The carbon tax will soon be signed into law in the USA and there will be no turning back from this global agreement unless other countries who will be beneficiaries of some of this tax will let us out of it. Canada will do whatever the USA does and once its done, its done. Discussion groups on the web seem to be dominated by AGW hypothesis supporters.

Maybe more good and simple questions can be posed. When we ask questions we are "as_king" and take control of debates.

Remembering What We Should Remember

Remembrance Day is a day that we should all remember what it is exactly that we should be remembering. As Donald Rumsfeld once explained, there are things that we know we don't know and there are things we don't know that we don't know. For many members of our populations, many do not know that they do not know why we actually have wars and how to figure out who the winners and losers are.

World War 1:

Winners: The central banks and governments of both countries won this war. The banks accumulated more debt to be recovered through the (then new) income tax and were able to use these profits to expand their puppet governments to get them to accumulate even more debt and eventually drive the USA into bankruptcy (1933) and the German people into shame and debt in believing they actually started the war. The bankruptcy of the USA allowed the banks to entirely take over the government in the same way a Ch 11 bankruptcy takes over a bankrupt corporation. The government was now run by Trust Law as a result of Ch. 11, making government the parent and the people the children. Parents can and sometimes must lie to their children. Its OK, go back to sleep...

Losers: The people who fought in the war who were killed or maimed on the battlefield from all countries involved lost. The people back home whose government borrowed the money from private banks to pay for it all and received a bigger more corrupt government and higher amounts of taxes and corruption to pay for the ballooning debt. They also got the beginnings of a public education system to dumb them down even more and keep them fighting more wars. People became children and the corrupt government their parent, giving the government tacit control over the thoughts and actions of the populations.

World War 2:

Winners: Nazis who wanted world government received the UN after the initial attempt at the League of Nations failed after World War1. (Americans were too smart to fall for it after World War 1, but a few more years of public education eliminated this problem.) . Big Nazis such as Prescott Bush and the Royal Societies in Britain as well as others did well as a result of World War 2. Governments of both sides got bigger and more corrupt, banks profited from massive rebuilding (and massive borrowing) after the bombings and destruction. More debt gave more power to banks and in turn to the public government. Administrative Procedures Act adopted in USA as a result of bigger and more corrupt government in 1947, giving governments more power over dumber citizens. The arms race started as a result of World War 2 leading USA to weaponize space, necessary to enforce world government as well as waste all kinds of privately borrowed money in an arms race that no one could ever win assuring them that a nuclear standoff could never occur (MAD).

Losers: The people who got the UN to govern over them now face Codex Alimentarius and Vaccines, the most diabolical plans likely ever developed by mankind for the purposes of depopulation. The people now are accustomed to giving up all their rights when they enter a court room, thanks to the Administrative Procedures Act. After a few years of public education after world war 1, were now ready after world war 2 to receive Fluoride in their water to dumb them down even further. More income tax, more wars and more drugs to dumb everyone down even further over the next 50 years. People also got massive amounts of street drugs to dumb them down even further and drive them into poverty while providing CIA with black operations funding to corrupt other governments, start even more wars with the goal of putting private central banks into other countries so that their populations could get what we have been getting.

All The Other Wars: Korea, Vietnam, Central America, Bosnia, Iraq, Afghanistan, South Africa, the Cold War, + All The Other Wars such as the ones in the Congo and Haiti That No One Is Supposed to Know Or Think About:

Winners: The banks have been consistently winning all wars, the wars and black operations have put privately owned central banks in all the countries we have had wars with. The central banks have brought income tax and public education for the people to meet their Marxist ambitions of a centrally controlled government, along with Fluoride in their water to keep them silly enough to keep going along with all this. What the silly Marxists often forget is that these are corporate controlled governments, not governments of "the people".

Losers: Same as always, the people who receive public education, fluoride in their water, drugs on their streets and higher taxes and a bigger police force and more corrupt courts and more taxes to pay for it all. Because of their new found stupidity they get duped into fighting more wars to expand the diabolical UN system of control to other countries. The space race will soon give governments absolute rather than tacit control over the world citizenry as we exchange our wooden yokes for iron ones.

The end game is forced vaccinations and Codex Alimentarius, necessary for a 95% world depopulation as fewer slaves will be needed in the technological society.

This 50 page document is a MUST READ.

Redemption Going Mainstream

The things I have been trying to explain wrt law and money are very well explained in a book, given on the website www.NewPeopleOrder.com. They sell a book of the site that seems to cover the basic ground.

I looked through some of the book online on Amazon.com and it does present the basic principles. I haven't read the book, but think its too condensed to be truly internalized. The authors hypothesis is the same as mine, if we all learn this stuff we can undo this terrible system. I'm guessing that good lawyers (if they exist) and judges are waiting for the population to figure this out.

I still believe that the highly repetitive book, "Invisible Contracts" by George Mercier is necessary for someone to rapidly internalize these ideas. This followed by some writings on The Law Merchant from LuLu.com, followed by The Redemption Manual is probably better than the book because the book just isn't long enough in my opinion. But I have not read it. It may be better for some.

Its the only way we can take back the system. Anything else leads directly to the iron yoke and absolutely no hope of ever getting out of. It means starvation, sickness, psychological abuse and a life of nothing but work. We have no choice but to learn this stuff.

9/11: The Real Motive

There is another reason that would justify the attack on 9/11 that literally no one from the "truth movement" is considering.

Of many perhaps thousands of quotes given on the internet, none has more truth or more relevance that the following quote:

"White man speak with a forked tongue"

This quote was spoken by an "indian" in an old black and white movie at some point, probably made in the 50's. It was spoken ,not of the actual white man, but of his rulers and likely described the situation the natives were in when negotiating settlements and truces. It is the nature of our legal system to hide the truth.

It is the nature of our political system to hide the truth and its military strategy to divert attention from the truth or more important things. We have been under a military government since 1933 when both Canada inc and the USA inc declared bankruptcy. The first thing that happens to a country during a military takeover is they lose their money and it gets replaced by worthless War-Script, which is what we now use for money.

When a corporation declares bankruptcy, its government becomes subservient to the banks which actually run the company to better manage its finances. The corporation board of directors and the banks operate under Trust Law and under Trust Law, unlike contract law, full disclosure is not required. This is what has allowed our public officials to legally lie to us since 1933. Complain all you want about lying politicians. Its legal and its expected by the banks so it isn't going to change. This is where the speaking with a forked tongue comes in.

One example is "National Security". What is meant by the term "National Security" ?. Most people assume that it is the security of the nation and its people but thats that is not what National Security means. The banks control the nation because of chapter 11 bankruptcy, and it is their security that is the true meaning.

After 70 years a country is to be forgiven for its debts and the bankruptcy should dissapear, just like for individuals the number is 7 years. This is law and has been for a long time. Its the law as in the Bible, which is the highest law, whether you belive in God or not.

So, in 2003, 1933 + 70, our rulers decided to keep us in bankruptcy when it could have been forgiven. We could have stopped using war-script as money and had honest money and the income tax and wars could have just stopped, juts as surely as the punishments for personal bankruptcy stop after 7 years.

But in 2003, the people and many of its politicians were heavily distracted by the wake of 9/11, all of its wars and the growing police state at home. It prevented people from seeing the big picture and stopping the real force behind what is being done to us.

The Residual Morons

There are still a few people out there that believe Usama destroyed the buildings on 9/11, vaccines are good and lawyers are there to protect your freedoms.

Thankfully the number of people that still believe global warming is real is rapidly becoming miniscule, given the small size of the protests yesterday that were to inform us that the clock is ticking and that we are all going to die if CO2 levels remain above 350 ppm (parts per million).

The Toronto Star showed the march in Toronto picturing fewer than 50 people, deceptively leading us to believe in the photo that they were taking a picture of a few people of a large crowd of protestors. If there was a large crowd, we would have seen a picture of it. If the global warming hypothesis was true then the protests would have been huge.

Are all these protestors just people that profit from this myth ? Has the grass roots activist community woken up ? I would say this has happened as of a year ago when I lived in Toronto and was always asking people about global warming. Most have caught on.

Perhaps its job security or investment security that is driving the residual moron to keep marching in the street to show us that carbon dioxide, if not controlled, will kill us all.

The Legal System & Redemption

If I agree to cut your lawn for $5.00 then we have a "system" I work, you pay. You cannot force me to cut your lawn except for the fact that we have an agreement you agree to consideration of $5.00. This would be legal and its a system. It could be called a legal system. If people agreed to be subservient to myself, the great lawn cutter, this would be legal too. Perhaps I could wear a green robe and slam on a bench with a pair of clippers when I didn't like what was being said in my court.

The legal system is nothing more than a system of commerce that happens to be legal.

It is our agreement with the state that they can hold us in bondage and tax our labour. Its lawful because we have agreed, but it has nothing to do with the LAW- no more than me cutting your lawn has anything to do with law - unless I break the law while doing it. The "legal system" is a system of slavery that is legal because of our aquiescience. Forced slavery is illegal, slavery is not.

Their consideration (what they give us in exchange) for our aquiescence into slavery is free medical, police "protection", etc. Those services have eroded and the police have no obligation to save you or answer or do anything about your complaint. As long as you are not filing charges against their gods (lawyers, judges, doctors, etc) then they play along and answer your complaints, pretending they have to.

If you want to file charges against one of their gods, then you must get an attourney and pay him fortunes. Of course your case will never go anywhere because the attourneys are in the same club. That club is the group of secret societies that govern us. The BAR association, all professional self governing associations. This includes the Professional Engineers which is why monkeys like Seffen and the rest can go on bullshitting us about 9/11.

I suspect the Free Masons are just a distraction, mostly just getting blow jobs, playing poker and eating pizza in their meetings. The real powerful secret societies are right in front of us. The best way to hide something really big is to put it in plain sight. The doctors tell us we need vaccines, engineers tell us the official version of 9/11 is legit, lawyers tell us we still have rights...They are truly the ones in power, they are the gods of our legal system, worshipped by the public.

Redemption is for people that see all of this and want to do something about it. A great document called "The Redemption Manual" can be found free on the web. Its only version 1.0 and the manual is now up to version 4.5, but the later version isn't free and the shorter version one will lay out the basic idea in a set of short essays.

Only one thing will save us from Globalism: that is to understand its rules and what the legal system really is.

Our corporate government went into bankruptcy and has been there since 1933, and they are allowed to lie to us and depopulate us and do whatever the banks (UN, IMF, etc) demand because they are in debt. When a corporation goes into ch 11 bankruptcy its management structure changes and the banks or creditors run the show. A chapter 11 bankruptcy consists of three components: A guarentor (who supplys cash influx), A trustee who is trusted to run the show and the beneficiaries who are the entities that the corporation owes money to.

We are the beneficiaries and the government is the trustee and they can legally lie to us on behalf of the trust guarentors (the banks). Full disclosure is not required under trust law. The corporate government said to the banks (paraphrase) "Look, we know we owe you guys a pile of cash, and we are a corporation, and we want chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. In return we will turn the people of the country into slaves to pay the debt of this corporation". BUT the banks are not really the trust guarentors, they are administrators for the guarentors. We are the guarentors. We create money, we are the only ones that can create money. WE CAN THEREFORE FORGIVE DEBTS.

We received a private trust in return for our aquiescence to slavery. This private trust can be used to pay debts. The banks figured most of us would never catch on.

Ultimately, every society sits on a foundation of laws which must be just. The nature of our system is just, but the just nature is well hidden. We do no have to fall into debt. We can have our accounts adjusted (ADD JUSTICE). Its all just a big word game.

If we were to eliminate that debt the forces behind all these other things would no longer exist. That is why they want us protesting and spreading fear instead of learning more about the law and how this paper tiger can be eliminated by filing the right paperwork.

When the government says one thing they mean another. They do not feel threatened by our street actions. Anything to spread fear and keep us out of libraries or the web and reading the law is good. Fearful people are more easily propagandized.

Stop living in fear, start reading and thinking. The pen really is mightier than the sword and this is because every civilization must sit on a foundation of just laws.

This is the idea of corporate democracy. Sieze nations, put corrupt people into power, bribe them to drive the country into bankruptcy so the banks can then step in and take over, brainwash the people and turn them into slobbering idiots with their noses stuck to a grindstone with public education so that they don't even know they are slaves.

Money, A Just Society and the BAR Association

I put this post up on PrisonPlanet.com in response to a TV appearance by Richard Belzer (Det. Munch on the Boob Tube) on the Fed that was on the Boob Tube. Belzer was complaining about the Fed. The real power that enforces the Fed is not the fiat currency, but the legal system and its associated men with guns and the secrets it keeps from the general public wrt how the system actually operates. This mis-understanding of how the system operates is the source of the problem. When everyone knows the rules of the game, it becomes fair, no matter what those rules are.

Going with some kind of gold standard is equally as dangerous as the fiat currencies controlled by central banks.

The real power may be held by the banks, but it is excercised by members of the BAR association, which is very dangerous because lawyers are required to hide the true nature of the system from the public. This true nature is the fact that we are under trust law rather than contract law (Ch 11 bankruptcy) which does not require full disclosure about how the system actually operates to the public BENEFICIARIEs. The public does not realize that they are the beneficiaries of the system and can wield great power in making a change. This is somehow kept secret and this is the secret the folks like the Builderbergs do not want to let out.

Very few patriots understand the actual system but prefer to complain about the government lying to them and pretending they still have this constitution. Its gone and has been since 1933. We got propaganda and lies in its place.

All of the gold is now owned by the PTB, turning money back to the gold standard is turning us back to substantiative law rather than equitable law. Substantiative law is absolute and unforgiving (Old Testament) rather than forgiving like the New Testament (Equity law). THE BIBLE IS A LAW BOOK !!!!!. The PTB will gain control of the money the same way they did this time – with secret societies and secret ambitions if we have a substantiative legal system. Debtor prisons would become commonplace.

The only way to cure all of these problems we face is with much better public education. Teaching people how to think so they can ask questions like: “Why do we still work 40 hrs per week in a technological society such as ours? Can’t computers and automation reduce this workload ?" If this could be done, life could be a life long learning experience rather than learning until we are 23 or so then putting our noses to the grindstone and never looking up again until we are 65.

This debt in Canada and the USA could be eliminated with our signatures- nothing more, through the use of our powers as beneficiaries and using our private exemption evidenced by the birth certificate. BAR association members could be put on a ship and sent back to Britain where they belong. We don’t need lawyers – we can be our own lawyers and have the best people in society nominated as judges- or use juries all the time. We would have the time – we wouldn’t be working all the time ! There wouldn't be much crime, there is much more than enough wealth to go around. Humans could soar to new heights that would previously be unimaginable. The planet could be cleaned up as well as made to support a far greater population. But could the PTB hold their grip on power in such circumstances ? Pride is the deadliest of sins and i think not.

Ultimately money is just a tool and it shouldn’t really matter what it is made of in a just and enlightened society.

Why Are Politicians Seemingly So Corrupt ?

I learned this yesterday - probably one of the most important things I ever heard - from Gordon Schiller. You would be amazed at what you could learn from Mr. Schiller. Our society runs on contract law. Everything is by contract, but people do not know this and that is fundamentally why we are in so much trouble. There are some very important contracts in society that we are unaware of and we could easily fill our obligations and clean up society completely - with a few signatures. Not a single shot fired. Imagine that.

Imagine if someone was running up and down your street saying "I'm going to cut everyones lawn for free" He kept on doing this then after a week or so just dis-appeared. Everyone would sort of thing the guy is a wing-nut and that their lawns will not be cut. People would laugh about it on Saturday nights and the incident would get soon forgotten.

Suppose someone went out and accepted the offer ? Just said "OK buddy, you can cut my lawn. Thankyou very much, awfully kind of you" and all that. That guy would get his lawn cut.

Afetr we elect politicians they swear an oath. But we don't accept it and thats why the oath means nothing. Its that simple.

So here is the oath:

"I, A.B. do swear, That I will be faithful and bear true Allegiance to
Her Majesty Queen Victoria."

Oh Oh. Thats not to Canada ! But wait a minute. What's Canada ? Canada is a private for profit corporation. It has jurisdiction in the waterways surrounding Canada. You volunteer to go into Canada when you go to court and state to the judge that you understand [stand under] the charges. Without them bringing you under the jurisdiction of Canada Inc., they have none. The trick they play is called the Penumbra Doctrine. When you stand under corporate rule you lose all your rights. The lawyer and the judge work to trick you into Penumbra. Judges do lots of yelling and show-boating to trick and scare you. Canada has no oath to you.

So what oath does the Queen have ? Its called the coronantion oath and it gets violated as well. Why ? Likely because no one has accepted it...

Its a nice oath and I feel pretty safe under it. Its the oath not the person...

I haven't got it all figured out yet, but when it gets simple you are usually close. I have depended on lots of great work by ex judges and real brainy and caring people to get this understanding. Its so simple I wonder why I didn't see this all myself.

Anti-Semite

Last week I got called an anti-semite. I was quoted as calling someone a "shit-eating Jew". There is not an ounce of truth to this- its pure fiction. I don't believe Jews run the world - secret societies run the world and they have to operate is secrecy to do what they are doing. The anti-semite label is just the last refuge of a scoundrel.

The world is a stage, on which Zionists, Jews, Muslims, Christians, Hindus, and others play a role. In a play you never get to see the director. If you look hard enough at the laws and history which has shaped our world you can see who the directors are. The rulers are the law makers, the printers of money and the same laws that work for them can work for us and they have existed for thousands of years. They are written in the Bible.

More Daibolical Than Warfare

Today I started reading Plato's Laws. This is Plato's explanation of how civilization is run, the bedrock under which it rests is law. Warfare is between two or more countries or people who have differing opinions with regard to what law should or should not be- in its most ideal sense or who should be making the laws. Our modern civilization uses war to determine who prints the money and therefore who writes the laws. Law and money are really the same thing. Our money system and our legal system as as inseparable as dirt and water are in mud.

Warfare does have advantages, it builds culture and gives young people a sense of purpose and a reason to better themselves. Young boys join the army to become men. Great music such as Led Zepplins No Quarter is about war. Saving Private Ryan showed us an idealized example of the best humanity has to offer through the trial and tribulation of warfare. Many paintings depict man in a state of war. Countless classical scores have been written about it.

Todays modern war is not so glorious, and we would probably be better off without war but a replacement would have to be found because war is what human society has been all about. All over the world, for a mellenia, cultures have been created around the idea of warfare and this is as true of North American Indians to the ancient tribes of Africa and everyone in-between. For some reason humanity and war seem to mix.

Our rulers, being eugenicists, want a replacement for war. War gets the best of the genetic gene pool killed off according to them. The replacement has been decided - environmentalism.

I was reading about Brazil in the Sun a few days ago. The government is starting a campagne to get people to start urinating in the shower to save water. Whether people pee in the shower or flush urine down the toilet has absolutely zero affect on our water supply and to get people to believe that we actually consume water is an assault on reason that must surely be equal to that of the belief that cows farting will destroy the ozone layer.

Plato believed that the same political form existed in the individual, the family, the villiage and the state. Virtue for humanity leads to happiness and virtue is described as wisdom, temperance and courage which combine to make justice. Warfare creates these qualities. Aristotle had similar ideas, although not identical.

Environmentalism is just plain mental abuse. It assaults our ability to reason and there is nothing noble about peeing in the shower. There is nothing in it that will better mankind. No one will write songs or make movies about people peeing in the shower to save the environment.

Peeing on the shower and cutting meat consumption will not create a more virtuous mankind.
Environmentalism is just pure evil, even when the satanic ceremony and insane control and taxation are put aside. Humanity has never faced a greater threat than environmentalism and I see no advantage in it, other than to create a slave class.

Alternative Reality Syndrome

As I learn more about the world that surrounds us I am starting to realize that the main problem may be what some refer to as A.R.S. - Alternative Reality Syndrome. Its very difficult to self assess for this affliction, possibly even more dangerous to go to a professional for an assessment because many professionals suffer from the affliction and may incorrectly diagnose their patients. Someone who was suffering from this affliction themselves once suggested I was and that I should see a psychiatrist. So, not being sure, I went to see one. He did not believe that I was suffering from this, although he was himself as far as I could determine. He believed that I was not because I could back up my beliefs but I wouldn't expect every health professional to act this way.

I recently had a conversation with a bank manager who was suffering from this - so badly that when I began to ask questions she hung up the phone. It may be that our monetary system isn't as bad as people think- for us people I mean - it forced our countries (the corporations) into bankruptcy but not its people. This gives the people a distinct advantage over the corporation, but it is poorly understood. Its very complex and I am beginning to see the light.

This advantage provides us with commercial remedies. We create the money (we are the creditors) and the banks incur debt as a result of us creating the money. We help the bank with their debt when they send us a statement but some of us have found ourselves in a bit of economic turmoil as a result of the banks unwillingness to create the number of debt notes required to keep the economy running (read "expanding" here). As long as the economy is expanding, we people have no problem helping the banks but when the economy is in contraction we do not have enough debt notes to replace the banks debts with yet further debts. We can help the banks by forgiving their debts for them but they often resist this due to many people that work for the banks suffering from A.R.S. and believing that those notes we pass around as money are actually money. Its a dangerous affliction, not only to these people but future generations as well.

We all suffer from this to a certain extent - we have all spent time in the public education system and watching TV which is the main source for this disease.

To self assess as to the degree in which you suffer from this affliction I suggest a series of questions as given below. I am no mental health professional, but I suggest this a model for what I have in mind. Count the number of Yes answers and the number of No answers that you provide to assess your degree of affliction with this terrible defect.

(1) Is George Bush God ?

(2) Do you accept Barrack Hussein Obama as your personal saviour ?

(3) Do you sometimes hang up the phone or run away when people challenge your view points about the world ?

(4) Did Usama bin Laden commit the attacks on September 11 2001 ?

(5) Is carbon dioxide a poisonous gas that will destroy the world unless something is done ?

(6) Do cows farting pose a credible threat to mankind due to ozone destruction ?

(7) Do you believe that Al Gore & David Suzuki are heroes that are trying to save the planet from certain destruction ?

(8) Do you believe that income tax helps pay for government services such as roads, police, hospitals, education and other tangible "benefits" that we are aware of ?

(9) The phrase "To Serve And Protect" is written on police cars in Canada. Do you believe this means to serve and protect the individual rights of the taxpayer ?

(10) Are you careful about self censoring and refuse to investigate things on the internet and force yourself to believe what you read and see in the corporate media ?

(11) Although you pay taxes, do you believe that you are free ?

(12) Is the world over-populated ?

(13) Do you think that you have any money, have basic human rights or own anything as a taxpayer ?

(14) Do you think that its a doctors job to heal your illnesses ?

(15) Do you believe that we will run out of water unless consumption is reduced ?

(16) Do you believe that reducing water consumption will reduce water contamination ?

(17) Do you believe that the government & media could not have lied to us about the moon landing ?

(18) Do you believe that it is the job of the government to work for the people ?

(19) Do you believe that when you hire an attorney, that his/her job is includes ethics and that they are not allowed to lie to you to protect other "interests" ?

(20) Do you believe that change in the world can affect with its change agents knowing almost nothing about the law ?

(21) Is the Bible irrelevant to our society - is it just a pack of man made fictions ?

These are all questions that I would say no too, but there may be other questions that show I do have a slight case of A.R.S. But I am willing to consider other questions, which makes me curable if I do have this affliction. Others are incurable.

I'm sure there are questions that I haven't thought of. I welcome additional ones.

The Path To Freedom

I am still searching for my path, I have found some of these websites to be useful, but have not looked at all of them. I am not nearly qualified to give advice on this matter, just give some ideas.

I believe a firm foundation in the philosophy of law is necessary to understand much of this. There are many potholes along this path.

I found that reading the first few chapters of Invisible Contracts was useful. Researching the topic "Lex Mercantorium" and the term "The Law Merchant" leads to some great explanations of fundamental ideas that shape our world.

Mostly its unlearning rather than learning. The fact is that the banks could not have simply taken governments over without leaving a remedy. Its un-ethical and civilizations sit on a foundation of ethics. The current underlying believe in eugenics and the promise of a just society is the driving force of the changes we see in todays world. To many these are not unethical.

Singularities In The Canadian Armed Forces In Afghanistan

I've heard this term thrown around lately, and I have heard that we are headed for an economic singularity. Its an odd term but I am familiar with it so I shall explain it. In control systems and communication theory in electrical engineering a singularity is a value for which a function cannot be described, it is a 1/0, such as in y = 1 / (x-1), the function has a singularity at x=1. Singularities are undefined entities that lead to great understanding, and define the behavior of an important class of systems.

The Canadian Armed Forces have seen 118 deaths in Afghanistan, mostly due to combat and road-side bombs from people our corporate controlled media call "insurgents", which is of course rediculous because we are invading them. There are a couple of singularities in Afghanistan that may explain the true nature of what is happening over there, and lead to important questions regarding truth is being hidden from Canadian citizens.

There has been no official reason given for the 2007 death of Maj. Raymond Ruckpaul, who was killed by a bullet wound in his Kabul sleeping quarters. The 2009 death of Maj. Michele Mendez also occurred in living quarters shortly after her promotion to major and the beginning of her second tour in Afghanistan. These two deaths also represent what some may call a singularity. They were the only two majors to die in Afghanistan, they both died in the quarters and there has not been an official explanation as to why or how they died. Was it suicide ? It certainly seems to be the case, but why ? Did they discover another singularity that makes absolutely no sense - that is the reason we are in Afghanistan ?

People of this rank must love the army, they likely do not go and then become sorry they went. The rank will lead to well paying jobs in civilian life - if all of the wars ever end. They are key decision makers and players very much in control of their game.

So what were the reasons for these apparent suicides ? Were these people privy to what is comming next ? Did they learn about the drug trade that is the real reason for us being there ?[1] Were they killed off because they would not go along with army plans after learning of them ?

I do not expect to ever know the reason for the seemingly unexplainable deaths of these two officers. Soldiers of a lower rank that die are just as important, but their deaths seem to be so much more explainable. The gunshot death of Bombardier Jérémie Ouellet in 2008 (22 yrs old) was admitted to be a suicide, so the military is not in the habit of hiding suicide deaths. But this suicide may be due to the fact that Ouellet perhaps didn't like the army and being ordered around to shoot people. He may have seen to much "adventure" for one person to handle. It seems to me that officers would have been screened to filter out those that could not psychologically handle all of the "adventure".

We will never know why Ruckpaul and Mendez died, just as we will never define one divided by zero and that in itself uncovers an important truth. The fact is that its none of our business, they don't work for us and we are supposed to forget or not care.

We have all these wars because we have income tax to pay for them. We pay the income tax for the single privilege of passing around that paper some call funny money to trade with and to have courts which cost us two or three hundred dollars per hour for "representation" by liars (lawyers) [2]. The income tax pays for the wars which ultimately lead to the citizens of the countries being invaded having the priviledge of using funny money in trade and paying income tax for this privelidge and ultimately to have more wars. Maybe this is the reality that these officers had to confront. Its carefully guarded secret by the liars as well as one judges are required to take secret judicial notice of in income tax avoidance trials[2]. Income tax doesn't pay for anything except war and funny money - human misery. All the other taxes pay for roads, police, hospitals and everything else our governments provide.

I hope that we don't forget one important thing, in many ways these soldiers represent the best of us. They put themselves in harms way to make the world a better place. Their lives had purpose. This is not just my opinion, its in The Report From Iron Mountain as well[3]. Its a sad fact that intelligent people with a sense of purpose are the best targets for our propagandists[4].

Solsbury Hill

The times I have heard this song I have experienced the tingles down my spine because this is a truly beautiful song and I am sure that Gabriel is trying to say something with it. People sometimes think that Springsteen represented the eagle and was an example for Gabriel to strike it out on his own, but the reference to liberty and empty silhouettes suggest that the song has a much deeper meaning. The song is distinctively American as explained by other musicians in various places on the web[2]

Many people count it as one of their favorites. The music is magnificent but there may be an underlying truth here that people cannot bring to the surface of their thinking and express it in words. Beauty and truth are strongly related and this song speaks of a truth that we can feel but not yet quantify - this is perhaps why the song has had such staying power after initially released with only moderate success.

I believe that Gabriel in his first verse:

Climbing up on Solsbury Hill
I could see the city light
Wind was blowing, time stood still

that Solsbury Hill, by being a real place also refers to the "rabbit hole" that Alice falls down in Alice In Wonderland. When we climb up a hill we see more, just as the old expression "going down the rabbit hole" refers. Time is measured by change. Things change when time changes but to say that time stands still is to say that nothing has or is changing. The wind blowing is always a literary reference to something going south.

Our cities are shaped for war making, almost every aspect of civilization as we know it in the West is about war making, this is best explained in The Report From Iron Mountain (you can find free of this on the web). The city light may even be a direct reference to Lucifer. No doubt a highly placed musician such as Gabriel knew of the Luciferians. This hypothesis has its strongest evidence in the last verse, so bear with me.

The above verse goes on:

Eagle flew out of the night
He was something to observe
Came in close I heard a voice
Standing stretching every nerve
Had to listen had no choice
I did not believe the information
Just had to trust my imagination

It may be that Gabriel separated from Genesis for political reasons, he is known as a humanitarian and songs such as Red Rain also suggest a political undertone. The Eagle flying out in the night must be a symbolic awakening to a greater truth. Evidence of that greater truth was likely from America because the press was free back then. Many things were happening around that time, the world which we see now was in its early stages of being set up. Humanity was threatened according to the environmentalists. GATT was signed. Soldiers were home from Vietnam and many were awakened to the waste of war (its true purpose). It was a time of political awakening.

The eagle comes in close and he hears a voice. We do not see certain truths until someone points them out to us. The truth is something to observe because it is so radically different to beliefs held common. We have to listen, we have no choice. Events such as the Kennedy assassination and the wars enter our consciousness whether we realize the broad significance right away or not. We trust our imagination when we see the need to look into things from a deeper prospective.

The next verse describes what I had felt and what I think many others felt during their first encounter with the truth - climbing up on Solsbury hill and seeing the product of the city (our civilization, the light of Lucifer)

To keep in silence I resigned
My friends would think I was a nut
Turning water into wine
Open doors would soon be shut
So I went from day to day
Tho' my life was in a rut
Till I thought of what I'd say
which connection I should cut

This verse is mostly self explanatory to anyone in the truth movement except "turning water into wine". I believe this is turning the massive lies and fairy tales provided by the establishment into a few simple, perhaps bitter truths, maybe sweet for some.

I was feeling part of the scenery
I walked right out of the machinery

When we notice certain things we also feel more a part of things and our surroundings. Patriots play a role in the changes we experience while others turn a blind eye as referenced in the verse below:

When illusion spin her net
I'm never where I want to be
And liberty she pirouette
When I think that I am free
Watched by empty silhouettes
Who close their eyes but still can see

A pirouette is a spin, in the case of ballet dancing the dancer spins to the return position or to "whirl about".

Liberty has turned around to work for government. In government and law there is the maxim that freedom and value is interchangeable[1]. Value is obtained through the loss of freedom for those who take or give up freedom. Government now has freedom that we used to have, freedom in speech (with no responsibility to truth). Our freedoms are being taken away to create more freedom of speech for government. Another example of this would be seat belt laws whos fines result in payment to the banks rather than increased safety awareness as one would expect. The concept of rights being interchanged for value is fundamental to the UCC (see Puff below).

The empty silhouettes refers to the corporate machine that governs us, a corporate entity cannot be a person. Each person is a corporate identity just as the government itself is a corporate entity, sometimes this is referred to as a vessel. In the story Puff The Magic Dragon, the dragon makes reference to Peter Pans shadow that is always getting away from him. It is the shadow government or empty silhouette that is taking over government. It is empty because it is morally empty. Governance must be based on morality to be valid.

The above verse goes on:

No one taught them etiquette
I will show them another me
Today I don't need a replacement

Etiquette is social law, but the empty silhouettes that govern us do not follow the law. "I will show them another me" is referring to the private vs public person, people did exit the public as part of taxation and war protest. This is no longer done since we now know it to be impossible by law.

I'll tell them what the smile on my face meant

There is a way out, of this I am certain, but I have a lot more thinking and research to do. No one understood the way out back during this time.

Yeah, mine too.

Grab your things its time to take you home

I believe this is an awakening to a grander truth and to step into it and away from the illusion. Maybe I am a nut.

Ayn Rand on Laws

I recently finished Ayn Rands "Atlas Shrugged". I cannot recommend this book enough, its been recommended to me so often in the past I finally broke down and read it. Not only is it one of the best novels I have ever read (and I have read hundreds) but it is also a very easy read and teaches a very good lesson about morality. I have had a casual interest in this topic since dealing with the Law Society of Upper Canada more than 8 years ago. I have wondered why our society has gone so corrupt and why blatent criminals sit at the top.

I wonder how many ex FBI, CIA and police agents it would take before people realize that governance has been taken over by a group of murdering, drug dealing, child molesting satanists that want world domination? (Ted Gunderson, Mike Ruppert, Bill Cooper, Jack McLamb, Gen Bert Stubblebine, ex head of US army intelligence world wide, Pentagon 5 star Gen. Al Cuppet - just of the top of my head). These were the very best, the top of the respective law enforcement and military fields. McLamb was one of the most decorated police officers and served in Vietnam. Why don't people hear them ?

This is socialism, communism, globalism and fascism and these are doctrines created by the merchant bankers to destroy civilization and conglomerate their power. It is driven by lies: overpopulation, man made global warming, omni-potent evil mastermind terrorists that appear as though they came from a comic book.

Ayn Rand reminds us of a distant past when capitalism ruled and everyone had plenty, there were no hungry beggars on the streets and Canada and the USA led the world in innovation because they were free societies. Life was getting better and easier until the socialists started taking over in the mid seventies. Its sad that many people graduating from the universities that hate capitalism and want socialism don't realize that socialism has caused the very problems they associate with capitalism. Their thinking is totally upside down - fascism.

Ayn Rand reminds us of the beauty, power and near perfect ethic of capitalism.

Here is Ayn Rand on laws from Atlas Shrugged:
